Took these two very patriotic photos when I was back in Malaysia last year. haha..Why are they patriotic? The first pic not only has the jabatan kerajaan with lots of flags on it but also kereta-kereta buatan Malaysia. The second one is pretty obvious too. The culturally unique "wau"s and "Malaysia boleh". (By the way, do people still say "Malaysia boleh"?)

Maybe this weekend. First week of school is busy.

I will post more pictures from the retreat this weekend later. I just got back and tomorrow is the first day of class. The retreat was amazing... Talking about the greatness of God and the living hope we have in Him.

This is Paul's prayer for the Ephesians and I'm sure for all believers too. I want to know this love that surpasses knowledge.

I love how God brings people from different places to the same place.
I love how we worship and praise the same Awesome God.
God is good.

Just a glimpse of our gathering tonight.

As a part of our student leaders training for ISF (International Student Fellowship) and MuKappa (missionary kids team), we went to the Botanic Garden in the evening last Thursday to have team-building activities (aka dinner and games). It was a beautiful evening with the sunset.

We went to the Farmers' Market in Evanston on Saturday morning for 5 minutes. Why 5 minutes? She (our friend from church) is flying back to Taiwan after finishing her studies and she had never been to the market so we took her there for a few quick pics before she headed to the airport.
