Okay, today has been a really out-of-the-norm day.
Last night was spent on my bed looking at graphs nonstop, and then at 10pm I decided to go to sleep. And Olive was telling me it was snowing at her place (far away from UBC) and she was worried she wouldn't be able to get to school the next morning for the exam cos she has to drive.. And at that time it wasn't snowing at UBC. I reassured her it would be fine..

Horrendous graphs
And then it turned out later on it DID snow, when I didn't get to sleep until 11pm.. Sheesh. I surprisingly slept well, and only woke up about 2 times, around 4am and dunno-when. Alarm went off at 6am, it was so warm in my bed I didn't want to get up!
6+am got up, and then study! But dunno why suddenly got stomachache! Go toilet, then okay le.. Ate half an orange and studied until 7:45am then go out..
With the snow outside, I couldn't help but take pictures. Though it was only perhaps 2cm (not a lot at all), I had fun, a form of de-stressing on my long arduous journey to the exam hall at Wood.
Pictures on the way:

And then got there, read a bit more, go in, sat down and it began! He was still making jokes all the way.. He said that according to his grandmother, you should always lighten the load on a snow day. So for one of the long questions we only had to do one sector instead of 3, for the 4 cases. Oh well, I think he would have said that anyway, snow or no snow. I guess the snow turned out to be a good omen after all. We were worried it would make us postpone the exam!!!
The 24 MCQ was a killer! I thought and thought and thought, more than what Winnie the Pooh would think! And then long question didn't really make sense but I just had answers for everything. Spent an hour on the MCQ, and around half an hour each for the long questions (3) with 15 minutes left over to check over MCQ. Perfecto time management, and he gave an extra few minutes. Not many people left early.
Everyone thought it was a difficult paper, and I felt it was hard but do-able, if my thinking made any sense. But I'm not worried now, cos everyone thought it was hard! :) I felt very satisfied, as if I had just given it a big kick in the ass haha. Let's see what the results say lah!
And went to take bus with Hon and Yan, I went to renew book, and then to Ricebar and got lunch.. Char-siew and soya sauce chicken rice.. Yummmy. $7.30.. Free dessert, which was red bean tofu pudding and it was the worst thing I've tasted in a long time! Oh gawd. Didn't finish it. I brought the food back to eat at the caf.. At around 1pm+..

And then finish, talk to Lin for awhile, and then 2+pm went back, slack on the com for an hour, then 3:30pm piano... After ECON exam, I am so stress-free that I think I played exceptionally well today =) 4+pm went up, then the staff were eating again. I kinda started on my essay question, but of course end up talking, with Ian and Michael.. Damn sleepy, couldn't think properly, so end up 6pm go home..
Still full, so not gonna eat dinner. Pretty worth it eh? $7+ for a whole day.. LOL. Later probably gonna eat fruit.. And I just checked the bookstore buying back prices and I'm utterly mad! All my books are worth close to nothing I might as well not sell them! Geez. My ECON302 book is worth $0.00!! When it was bought for $70++!! Yes, books are blardy expensive here.. Pfffft. Okay fine, just TEXTBOOKS!! Because.....
On the contrary....
Look what I found at the library!

For sale.. Super cheap!! 50 cents!! Of course I grabbed it right away.. One of the classic books to read.. You should definitely read it if you are experiencing relationship problems, because it really makes sense as it clearly divides up the differences between men and women, making it a lot easier to understand why we face relationship problems. It was a good read, although I read it last year liao.. But still, good to have it on my bookshelf! It's in a really new condition, except for some scribblings inside.. I'm happy!!!
And this also made my day:

Initially a banner indicating that the ballroom was available to study in, it should read "STUDY SPACE NOW OPEN". The sign has since been tampered with but this is the funniest one yet I could NOT resist not taking out my camera :D
Oh ya, overplayed songs on the radio are really starting to irk me. I found out that the popular song "Bleeding Love" by Leona Lewis was actually the song I had been hearing at the caf all day long on radio. Man, 3 times a day every 2 hours on radio is a tad too much, no? Along with Chris Brown's "With You" (another mega hit), these two songs are starting to annoy me cos I hear them too much..
Gonna read some ECON255 then sleep early! =)
