It seems to get harder & harder every time I get behind on blogging.
I love blogging.
I love looking back @ the things our family has done & recall memories that were made.
That is why it is SO hard to give up.
It seems that life is just rushing by & I'm not taking the time to really enjoy it.
So for now I will TRY to continue blogging our memories.
And of course one day put them in a book. :)

Back in August we were sick of the heat & decided to head up to Beaver Mountain over Labor Day.
Best.choice.EVER!
The weather was PERFECT during the day (70's) & was just enough chill to cool us all down.
It is also such a gorgeous area.
We went up with some of Dan's co-workers, The Phillips & the Zingleman family.
It was nice to get to know them because Dan loves his job & it's because of the people he works with.
We chose a campground that was just above one of the many small lakes on the mountain so we could fish. The kids all got acquainted & explored, fished, made lots of duct tape creations, & watched their Dad's shoot a squirrel (nice babe!).
The kiddos...duct taping & picking me flowers! :)
This was the small lake right below our camp.
It was beautiful!
I told Dan that I want to go back next year.
For those of you who know me well know that I HATE to camp & get dirty.
But I think I can handle it now!
Fishing!
Not sure there was much caught, but it was fun anyway!
