As a birthday gift to myself, I will be attending a midnight show of Magic Mike tonight.

I feel like one of those twilight or harry potter fans that can't wait for the next movie (or book) to be released. 

Books don't do it for me, but Channing Tatum ass does.

If Channing Tatum and/or Magic Mike is not your thing then sorry, but we can't be friends. 

I have a feeling I will be standing up screaming at every scene.

My love for Channing Tatum started with Step Up and has never stopped. 

He's my #2 to Justin Timberlake (fuck my life because they both are taken).

And if you're thinking about commenting "Oh, Channing Tatum doesn't do it for me." or "I don't care about seeing this movie" just stop right there because you probably suck. (kidding...sorta)

Also, if you follow me on Twitter or are friends with me on Facebook you've probably seen me post about Magic Mike for well over a month now.

I realize Father's Day was yesterday, but it's never too late to appreciate your dad.

who is always so silly...

I'm so blessed that after 18 years, my dad has moved back to the hometown where I grew up and where my mom lives.  It's so nice to have both my parents in one town.

I'm a pretty pessimistic person so it took me a while to think of any favorites, but here you go.

1. Short Work Weeks.

This week has been short for 2 reasons.  Memorial Day and Work Trip.

Memorial Day was spent poolside at my friend Kelly's parents lovely country estate.

Then Thursday afternoon my team at work set off to Charlotte, NC for some whitewater rafting, ziplining, jumping, and ropes coursing.  More on my near death experience later.

And next week will be short as well because I'll be starting my weekend early with Lindsey, the BB herself my FAVE city in all of America.

2.  Charleston

I can't wait to show Lindsey around.  For all your Charleston residents we'll be there Thursday-Sunday if you're interested in cocky tails. :)  That's our forte.

3. Birthdays

Today marks the official start of my birthday month.  My birthday isn't until the end of the month but i've got fun filled birthday activities already planned.

4. John Mayer

Nothing puts me in a better mood than John Mayer songs.  Seriously.  And it puts me in the perfect mind set for Charleston.

For the past two days I've been listening to his new album on Spotify.  You should check it out.
