Two is too soon.
My little angel is two.
What is a mom to do.
Time just flew.
Gracie girl oh how I love you.

Thanks to some good friends we snuck away for a late fall beach trip.  It was such a precious time with basically the whole beach to ourselves and a few jelly fish that Gracie loved to look at.

There are those few moments when sister hugs are given out.  I miss our fall park outings  (along with those fall days when I could still brush and put clippies in Harte's hair) and am not excited about this cold winter weather.

Just a side note, the Peter Pan fan club is still going strong.  'Pan' has been Harte's favorite choice of dress up from summer and now caring us through the winter.  And yes we had a cute holiday birthday party for a friend and while Gracie was dressed in adorable holiday attire, 'pan' made an appearance as well.

I have two fall obsessions.  Clogs and capes.  This is the cutest Rachel Riley cape ever. I mean hello, the hearts for Harte, meant to be!


I have been drooling over these candy colored Hasbeen clogs all summer(thanks to my friend Shannon here who clued me on to the trend last spring...I am slower in the south these days).  I want these in my size too! Well, maybe more camel colored for the fall.

California cousin Claire and Harte are peas in a pod and how cute are the twins with their toothless grins!  I have no pics of Jack, he was hiding from Gracie most of the trip.  I don't blame him.




We were lucky enough to hang with our other set of cousins this summer too (Harte was of course in love with Molly and Grace, I nicknamed her the 'landshark'...hoping she doesn't take her behaviors to the classroom)...

The only way we got Harte to the pool on the last day.....she brought her little princesses and wore her princess nightie over her suit.  We caved.
