Thankful Slacker

I have been the biggest slacker at blogging lately. I don't have much going on really. I haven't even taken any good pictures...

I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I am so thankful this year that my mom is able to come and spend the week with us. This will be our first Thanksgiving together since I moved here, 6 years ago. Yay for mom's!

I am also thankful for my wonderful family. I am so blessed to have such an amazing husband that works so hard to provide for our family. I cannot say in words how lucky I feel to have my precious Cameron. He is my everything. He brings so much happiness to my life every single day.

I am thankful for my ward family. I love my calling and everyone I serve with. Yay Primary!

I am thankful for my friends. I am blessed to have found true friends that have stayed constant in my life.

I am thankful for so many other things. My heart is overflowing. I am grateful for all the lessons I have learned this year, even the hard ones!
Hope everyone has a fabulous holiday. Enjoy your family. Eat lots. And rest.
We love you!

"Dada at work"

Cam loves when Dada is home. All day while Scott is away Cam thinks every noise he hears is Dada. He hears someone outside. Dada? The phone rings. Dada? The phone rings at a store. Dada?
I always say, No Cam. Dada is at work. Now he walks around the house saying, Dada at work. (SO CUTE)
Needless to say, Cam has turned into quite the Daddy's boy. And why not? Whenever Dad is around Cam has so much fun!
I am so grateful for Scott and the wonderful Dada that he is. I love to watch them play. I love that he uses the little time that he has with Cam each day to have fun and laugh. Cam is the happy little boy that he is because of the relationship he has with his dad.
Thanks Dad. We love you.

A Dino goes RRRaaarrrr....

Cam had so much fun being a Dinosaur this year for Halloween. His cute Grammie in MI sent him this great costume. (thanks again mom!)

We went to Scott's parent's house, had chili, then went out trick-or-treating. This year was so much more fun because Cam was actually walking and realized what was going on. After he experienced his first couple houses, he knew exactly what to do. As soon as someone would drop a treat in his bag, he would turn around and bolt back down the stairs and on to the next house. It was hilarious to watch.
We taught Cam to roar like a dinosaur. I did have it on tape, but Scott did something embarrassing during the tape so I will not post it.
We would say, "Cam, what does a dino say?" Cam: "RRRRAAArrrrrr." (he actually does the same thing when we ask what a lion says, but we switched it to dino. We are now back on to lion.)
LOVE IT.

Here are some pictures from that night. Sorry about the red eye.
Tinkerbell and Dino
Cam almost fell over face first in the dirt trying to get this cat. Scott, of course, was video taping the whole time so when I rushed over to catch Cameron, I bent over and my rather large caboose was dead smack in the middle of the shot. Terrible!
Cam getting his first treat with his cousin, Thomas the Train.
Tink, Dino, and Thomas
Dad, off to the side video taping. He did this for the majority of the night.

Robby went to the Harvest dance and was dressed like Freddy Krueger. Scary huh??
Aww, I just love this picture. Dad and Dino.
