at the young age of 15, they were sent to live in the woods...n only those who come back alive...become spartans...

there were a few things in the movie which made me "WoW" n a couple which made me laugh..haha..

1. the effects were reli good...there was a lil matrix element in it...then they fast-forward bit....a mixture of slow-mo n fast-mo i can say....made the war scenes not tht boring u kno...u get to see someone's leg get chopped off in slow mo....then another fella's head....haha...quite cool...*plz dun think im sadistic..im jus admiring their work..*

2. King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) is a good actor...cant deny tht...he is the star of the movie...n he didnt disappoint me...but sadly...i prefer the cuter 15 yr old version of him...haha

wat a good view of leonidas' abs..hehe..

3. 300 half naked men in their speedos (well..i didnt exactly saw 300 of them)...with a red cloth behind their back...all with bulky chest muscle n well-shaped 6 packs...*mmMMMmm...yummy..haha....*..wat can i say...they're jus so irresistable..

4. one of the spartans caught my attention too..he's the son of the captain...reli cute!! with shoulder length hair n a great bOdy!!..but he was killed b4 the war ended...his HEAD got Chopped OFF!!...argh...i cant belif they did tht to him...

5. the Persian King..Xerxes..is...hmm....what word should i use to describe him....ah ha....GAY!... he used lip liner!!! n he doesnt do any manly work at all..all he does is talk, act angry, sit on his chair with abt 100 persians carrying him at the bottom..n he toked to leonidas with his oh-so-delicate fingers on leonidas' shoulders...eewwww..

would u like to join me for a gay party later?

6. i liked the part when the persian said tht they'll fire arrows at the spartans and the arrows will block the sunlight bcuz their army is enormous....n 1 of the spartans said " then we shall fight in the shade"...

7. xerxes got very angry with his general bcuz they kept losing the war...he sent his general to death by asking a man with crab hands to chop the general's head off...n i was surprised by how much force the crabby guy used bcuz the head jus flew into the air instead of dropping dead on the floor...

overall..i give it an A-...a guy would like the show bcuz there's no mercy, lotsa cruelty, blood splattering ard like nobody's business...a gurl would like the show bcuz of...oh well...the spartans...

oo00hhh no00oo....i jus cant seem to concentrate on my books! darn~~!! n guess wat i ended up doin? *bcuz my eyes seem to be half close, n my mind wandering far far away whenever i look at my book..*..blog-surfing...hehe...

blog-surfing..i get to c wats goin on wif other ppls lives...how they put their tots into words *a reli good way to improve my english*...how they write such good posts which made u laugh out loud n made u eager to read the earlier ones...n also...an excuse for myself to escape from books...haha

P/S: opps...there was a mistake in the post regarding lee hom's concert...it's actually "heroes of earth" not "heroes of world" concert!! my mistake....sowwiee...

havin my study break rite now...for 2 weeks..then it's dooms week... followed by freedom!! haha...im adi excited jus thinkin bout it...but its not exactly freedom u c... i hav 1 week hospital attachment in Hospital Tunku Ja'afar, Seremban after my finals..n im currently in the process of making a surgery appointment to remove a fibroadenoma in my right breast...i dun think it's gonna b anything major...but im still scared u kno..i hate anything invasive...even taking my blood glucose level scares me...wat do u think bout a surgery..haha...

well..i guess tht's it...this is a reli short post...but there's nuthin much to say nemore...bcuz im havin a boring life rite now...thx to my exams...nuthin much to update bout...how i wish i could make the subjects im studying rite now easier...or better...how i wish i could jus eat my books n remember every darn thing in there...T_T...

wang lee hom in concert . stadium bukit jalil . 4th of march 2007 . 7.30pm

i fell in love with lee hom tht nite...ahh....he's so good-looking la...n not to mention a very talented guy too...it's so sad tht the concert has already ended...how i wish he could sing for me...n jus me alone...haha

lee hom 1st appeared on stage by playing with a big red flag n there were stuntmen doin sommersault in the air etc...then he sang his 1st singles.."gai shi ying xiong"...meaning heroes of the world...all the audience were reli high tht time..singing together wif him...altogether he played 5 instruments: piano, guitar, violin, drums n "er hu"....i never knew some1 could play a violin with such "yeng"ness...he was very expressive on all the instruments....i was jus reli high thru out the whole performance la..

JJ lin jun jie was the special guest...he sang 3 songs...1 of the songs he sang it together wif leehom wif both of them playing 2 pianos at the same time..singing each other's songs ..super "chun" k...both of them are so talented!!!!!!!

lee hom performed really well tht nite ..i hav to admit...every1 was on their feet when the concert was about to end...singing n dancing to his songs...he made us felt tht the concert was worth the money we spent..i bought the rm73 tic for rm55...n i was jus sitting a few seats away from those who bought the rm153 tic....so worth it!! haha...

i wana go to his next msia concert...definitely!...haha...
