Week Twenty-One

I love sticking anything in his mouth that I can get my hands on.
I love it when my mom comes home from work.
Grandma got mom this calendar to keep track of my milestones. I was laying on the blanket and when mom wasn't looking I rolled myself over to it to check out my progress. I decided to start planning when I'll start sitting on my own.
So I turned to October. I'm excited for Halloween too. Yumm, candy.
Dad just loves to take pictures of me and my mom.

We were all wearing light blue tops and khaki bottoms (except Phatboi of course.) We decided it would make a cute family picture.
Dad tested to see if he positioned the camera correctly.
Dad was making mom and me crack up. He's so funny.

Week Twenty

My mom was driving me around in the laundry basket. I thought it was good clean fun.

Spider-man, Spider-man, does whatever a spider can. Spins a web anywhere, even spits up in momma's hair. Look out, here comes the Spider-Dallin.
Me and Daddy America always stick together.
Daddy's friend Dane came over with his 2-year-old daughter Nyah. Yes, I said 2. She's in the 140% in height for her age (if that were possible that is). She gave me a kiss and found out it was slobbery and wouldn't do it again. Tee-hee, I can keep those girl coodies away.
Grandma visited me many many times, and made me smile many many times.
Whoa, what's that over there?...Look.! Made ya look. Ha ha!
I'm a sneaky little guy. Huh?

We went to the Chan's house for dinner and play time. This is my new friend Mason and Mason's daddy (Brian). I'm a whole two days older then Mason. Woot!
Hey Mason, you have plenty of hair, can I have some?
No? I'll arm wrestle you for it.

Grandma Denise came over all the time to see me. We had so much fun.
I love my grandma.
Whoa, this seahorse is really close.

Week Nineteen

We went to grandma Sheila's house for Labor Day weekend. My cousin Zack just thinks I'm the cutest thing ever! He loves giving me hugs and kisses.
I love you Zack!
Zack is my buddy.
Dad and I had fun being green and playing with/on/around/next-to this watermelon.
It tastes good too!
See these big hands...they're for playing the piano. Some day I'll be as good as my aunt Shannon and aunt Angie.
Hi-ho Sky, Away!
Dad was trying to teach me to eat my feet.
But they kept getting away.
My grandpa thought learning to use the computer would be more beneficial than eating my feet. He helped me email my cousin in Korea. Grandma Denise got me a few toys. I liked this one. I'm stretching my cheeks out to fit the watermelon in next time.

Week Eighteen

Dallin had his four month doctor appointment on Thursday, August 30. He weighed 14 1/2 lbs (50th percentile) and was 25 1/2 in long (85th percentile). The doc also said that all of Dallin's drooling is indeed because he is teething. So we bought Dallin a couple of teething toys. He liked the bumble bee the best.

The macaroni & cheese box also worked great as a teething toy.

Dallin is enjoying having his daddy with him all day. They are starting to get a routine down. Dallin decided one day that he was so hungry he would feed himself.

Then he did some tummy time. Now he'll last about 15 minutes before he really protests.

My department at work had a team building event at Safeco Field, home of the Seattle Mariners! Our section was in the blazing sun and WAY to hot for Dallin. So we went to the team store and bought him his first ball cap. By the time we came back our section was in the shade. But he still looked cute. It was an infant size and was still too big.

Daddy was born in 1977, the year the Mariners came to be. So his hat has the logo from 1977. Dallin's logo is current (2007). We thought they had a new logo in 1980 when I (Tara) was born, but it was actually 1981...and those hats didn't fit me anyways (they were men's).

GO MARINERS!!

Hmph, those darn Los Angeles Angels beat my Mariners! My daddy thinks we'll meet them again in the playoffs.

We had quite the walk back to the car (I fell asleep). This is in front of Qwest Field. See the football pig in the background?
