Year Three Week Thirteen

Dad and I rode to the courts for some tennis time. He's amazed at how tall I've become. I passed the first level in my swim class! I successfully completed 10 bobs in a row!
Dad and I have been weeding/gardening nearly everyday. It's a good thing I have my dump truck ready to haul the weeds out.
It was the Renton River Days! We went to the circus in the park and met some funny clowns too.
It was a long show in the sun so we needed ice cream to cool off. Look at our funny ice cream clown faces!
The celebration continued the next day with a parade. I think the musical performances were my favorite but it's hard to say since so many groups attracted my attention.

There were a lot of things to do like miniature golf, climbing walls, inflatables, a playground, a petting zoo, games, activities, and more, all while an excellent band played scores of Beatles tunes. I really got into the hamster balls.
The firefighters showed us how to work the hose. It was really cool!
Dad may not always read the bedtime stories correctly, but he does makes them fun.
With as much excitement as we had this week, it's no wonder that Shayla and I had fun pretending to sleep.
We might see Grandma Sheila next week!

Year Three Week Twelve

Fully equipped and ready to ride to Infinity and Beyond!
What did I do this week that blew everyone away?
I rode forward! They are so proud of me!
Our church had a potluck party at Five Mile Lake. My favorite part was going down to the water and throwing stones in. Bloop!
Mom and Dad gave me the option of choosing which activity we would do on Saturday and I chose bowling. I can hold the bowling ball like Spider-Man!
Not only did I have bumpers to help me, I also used this awesome device to get a few spares! I even beat Mom in one of the games!
Thank you Grandma Denise for sending me these awesome binoculars! It was a wonderful surprise and I've taken them everywhere.
Since Dad and I enjoyed the Dragon movie last week, we wanted to take Mom out to see it with us. She liked it a lot and I loved it even more than the first time!
Kylee invited us over for brownies with ice cream which we greatly enjoyed. Almost as much as playing together!
Bubbles!

Year Three Week Eleven

Yay! Back home again!Just in time to see Celeste before she flew back home.
We had fun celebrating her birthday and playing at the park in the hot sun.
.
Right before she had to catch her flight, we treated her to the lightning fast service of Azteca.
Happy Birthday, Celeste! We miss you already!
The temperature reached the 90's so it was time to break out the sprinklers, hoses, and slip-n-slides!
Water party with the Johnsons, Kellys, and me!
Another way to beat the heat was at the dollar theater. Dad took Shayla and I to see How To Train Your Dragon. It was great!
Toy Story 3! I was literally on the edge of my seat for the entire movie.

The fountain was a nice way to cool off. Splish-splash!
To infinity... and Beyond!

After my long nap, we headed over to Debi's house to meet her grandkids. Josiah, Alexis, and I played a sweet game of Croquet. Josiah and I became best beds and he even ran out to give me a huge bear hug when we said our goodbyes.
Us Stephenson, Kelly, and Montoya kids had so much fun at church that we convinced our parents to have a BBQ later that night. It was great fun!
See you next week!

Year Three Week Ten - Despain Reunion

Celeste was here for another week! It was so great to see her especially since she returned from her camping trip just as we were preparing to start ours. The Megerles came up to visit too! Tyler showed me how to steer the playground equipment.
This photo shows what we did most of the time at camp since it rained so often. The adults huddled together under the tarps and canopies while us kids just ran and played everywhere like Bryant.
Thankfully, we had a few sun breaks! Exploring Fort Stevens was a blast.
I especially enjoyed the puddles while in my rain boots.
We discovered a train set inside the visitor center.
Look out, everybody! Vincent's driving!
I kept running into the waves and Mom kept holding me back. It became a fun game for me!
The next day had much warmer weather so I went completely into the water.
Here we are standing inside the hull of the Peter Iredale ship that ran ashore in 1906.
Spending the day at the beach is exhausting.
Round and round the carousel!
Silly kids.
Swing, swing, swing. Everybody's got to swing.
More of us having a good time.
The group shot of us at Seaside, Oregon on July 4th.
Cold, windy, and slightly rainy but the family and fireworks made it all worthwhile.
It's sparkler time!
Happy Fourth of July!

Last day of camp but Dad and I still managed to discover this toppled tree and the wall of roots on our hike.
We're going to see Aunt Celeste, watch Toy Story 3, and enjoy the Final of the 2010 FIFA World Cup next week!
