2011, Week Forty-Two

This guy is just gets more awesome and amazing everyday.
The only problem with the pumpkin patch this week might have been that it was too sunny.
Still, those crazy kids had a blast and entertained us.
Pumpkins bigger than children!
Especially these pumpkins!
Orlando took Dallin for a tumultuous ride in the wheelbarrow, weaving through the pumpkins and vines. Dallin loved every minute of it.
The boys finding a shady respite.
Don't be surprised if Keegan starts to walk before the end of the year!
Grandma Sheila came to visit us!
Back to the pumpkin patch.
Wet, rainy, and very muddy but we just had a great time. Grandma Sheila accompanied the kids on a ridiculously muddy hay ride.
Uncle Shawn took the older kids through the UW corn maze at the breakneck speed of twenty minutes. No 911 calls from us.
Keegan was so happy to see his Grandma again.
So much so, in fact, that he burst into five Keegans!
These pumpkins were more to his liking, no doubt due to their manageable size.
Dallin needs a haircut but it's just too much fun to see it curly when he gets out of the bath.
These two were quite inseparable.
Elbow deep in pumpkin guts? Bring it on and crank the Halloween music to get into the spirit.
Vincent's, Jessalyn's, Shayla's, and Dallin's jack-o-lanterns.
Pumpkin carving group shot!
Next week is the week before Halloween!

2011, Week Forty-One

We just think it's too cute how well these boys play together.
Of course, Keegan can do cute all by himself!
After a wonderful dinner with the Fullmers, we had the pleasure of Zachary and Aspen for the weekend. Mary joined us for a game night and did quite well.
First Orlando's phone broke, and then his beloved Saturn developed an issue in the engine. We were initially intending to replace Tara's accord with a newer car presumably at the end of the year but now we're in a bit of a pickle. Still, it is fun to test drive new cars like the Subaru Outback.
Dallin found these silly veggies at the pumpkin patch.
Tara was nice enough to let Dallin and Orlando have some special Father-Son time together.
So many pumpkins and the cutest one is front and center!
Through the Autumn fog
One, Two, Three, and Four Dallins?
Tricks and lots of treats!
Orlando and Dallin beat the odds and biked to and from church without getting rained on.
These goofy kids, always cracking us up.
Vincent is ready for Halloween!
Who knew new bunk beds were so much fun?
Next week will include
Grandma, more pumpkins,
and hopefully a sweet ride.

2011, Week Forty

Dallin really likes it when he has silly hair after swim lessons.
Mr. Keegan Man loves to crawl over to a ledge and stand up on his own now. His rate of development is astounding.
Orlando took the boys costume shopping and Keegan got in on the action. This is the one that he liked best.
Dallin's last week of swimming lessons. He did such a good job this time!

Keegan being super cool.
It's October so that means fall and Halloween decorations!
Dallin and Orlando planned on going to EMP but it was unexpectedly closed. They found other ways to entertain themselves like pretending to be the Space Needle!
And riding the Monorail through the city!
When Dallin saw this display he jumped around and sang the theme to Star Trek: The Next Generation while adding the lyrics "Starship Enterprise" to the song.
Beautiful baby boys bite big bunches of bananas for breakfast!
Dallin ran a lot of errands with his Daddy and by the afternoon he was pretty tired.
Dallin has been the best little buckaroo helper. Weather it's helping with cooking, cleaning, or whatnot, he's eager to lend his cute little hands to the task. He's been helping Orlando completely reorganize the office and the storage shed these past weeks and they both look great. Good job guys!
We just can't get over how awesomely adorable these kids are.
See you next week at the pumpkin patch!

2011, Week Thirty-Nine

It's such a joy that these two get along so well. We can't help but laugh along with them during moments like these.
Dallin loves to wake up his little brother.
Dallin and Kylee are inseperable at school.
We had more days of wonderful sunshiny weather as we headed to October.
We traveled to Grandma Sheila's house to celebrate her birthday and to share in the experience of General Conference. Initially we invited Vincent to join us but he declined so Shayla was more than happy to take his spot. We had a pit stop on the way where we stretched our legs and picked some flowers.
Grandma and her grandsons.
What do Grandma's garden vegetables and grandchildren have in common? They sprout up before your eyes!
Look at all of the tomatoes that Shayla picked!
We continued our fun in the sun when Dallin and Shayla entertained us by pushing each other on the cart.
Keegan thought it was hilarious when they accelerated.
Actually being able to listen to general conferrance and being comfortable is a rare treat that Tara and Orlando capitalized on.
The Goldings came over too! Natalie and Keegan were the cutest thing.
It was so wonderful that everyone got along well with each other. We played a number of games like Sequence, (which Grandma and Aspen won), Magic (Alyssa), Outburst, Mario Kart, and Zachary was as excited at winning Epic Duels as he was to play the new Pokemon deck that Orlando made.
Of course plenty of fun was had outside.
Four square! We enjoyed playing this game so much that we nearly missed the second session of the conference.
Aspen's awesome Pikachu chalk art and Dallin's designs.
Amber and Dallin had an absolute blast playing soccer together. They were laughing so hard that they fell on the ball as much as they kicked it.
We were happy to help make Grandma Sheila's birthday a good one.

These three had a great time playing together all weekend long, (obviously)!
Happy birthday Grandma Sheila!
