2012, Week Forty-Seven

Dane's Dad was miraculously released from hospital so the boys helped bring him home.  They had a great visit and even saw a deer in the neighborhood!
We and the Kellys hosted Thanksgiving this year so everyone came to visit us!  It was quite entertaining.
Shannon, Danny, and Orlando wasted no time and hit the tennis courts twice in the week.
These boys were having way too much fun brushing their teeth and singing.
Lots of games and puzzling times.
No time to sleep in on Thanksgiving.  We headed to the pool!
Coo cousins, warm hearts.
All together now for a group picture.
Now that's what we call a pool party!
Time to get the Thanksgiving feast underway.  Everybody pitched in to help.
As expected, a delicious and wonderful meal.
We paid a visit to Grandpa Dennis's grave afterwords.
Shayla looks like a rock star!
And speaking of rock stars...

Thwip, thwip, thwip, thwip!  Here comes the Spider-Men!
Laser tag and dodgeball filled up the morning.
Happy birthday, Uncle Danny!  Afew of us enjoyed Wreck-it Ralph.
Black friday was a hit with lots of savings.  It was great to rendezvous with each other back at the end of the day.
Time for more games like Dixit, Whoonu, and Magic!
Haha!  Hard to tell who's cuter.
Finally, the funniest 4 player chess game we've ever had with the birthday boy coming out ahead.
Yes, it's that time of year again!  Shayla helped us decorate the house for Christmas starting with the tree!
Happy holidays indeed!

2012, Week Forty-Six

We're tunneling into another fun week!
It was wet and cold outside so we played soccer tennis inside.
Oh my.  Keegan was having too much fun and fell asleep during snack time.
We were busy getting the house ready for Thanksgiving next week.  Cleaning the gutters out is essential prior to hanging the Christmas lights!
Dallin challenged Tara to a duel to see who could clean the toilets faster.
All that work meant that it was time to party with our friends at the Brown's home.  We finally watched Brave!
Orlando and Uncle Shawn caught the best parts of Rain Light Fade and Tempul.  It was a rockin' time.
Funny Keegan needs a haircut, no?
All aboard the Orlando express.  Next stop, puppyville!
Aunt Missy is training puppies for some friends so we got to experience their unbelievable cuteness!
Hard to tell who's cuter in this picture.
Next week is Thanksgiving!

2012, Week Forty-Five

Every once in a while during seminary, the time machine activates and brings someone of historical significance from the past into our time.  The seminary students were amazed to meet John the Baptist and to learn more of his extraordinary life.  He also brought sweet honey and surprisingly delicious crickets and grasshoppers to eat!
 Happy birthday Zoran!   1 year!
Now that's how you eat a birthday cake!
Pigeons!
Monarch buterflies!
And Dr. Dallin's experimental insect creation!
Dallin can see you through the eyes of ruby with an everlasting gaze.
We are ready to revisit the shire with the fellowship.
The leaves are falling.
One of the great things about the dry summer and fall is that the leaves are fun to play in.
See how much fun they had?

Our artisitc pic of the week.  Like a siamese dream.
As if burrowing through leaves wasn't silly enough, these two had a great time doing whatever this activity is.

2012, Week Forty-Four

Rainbow!
Keegan's fascination with bubbles increases everyday.
 It's Halloween!
The fun started with trick-or-treating with the Garrs and Kellys on a clear night.
We barely escaped the jaws of death at our church's trunk-or-treat.  Then we enjoyed a marvelous time at the Crozier's home.
 Avengers Assemble!
Captain America and The Falcon.  A legacy of freedom and friendship.
Where is Keegan?  Peek-a-boo!
Please vote!  You will be as happy as these cute boys!
Tara surprised Orlando by taking him to the Flying Fish for dinner and then to see Wicked!  They had an amazing time!
Halloween may have passed but the desire to dress up in costume continues.
Apparently brownies taste better with chopsticks.
