Ever since we have been back from the beach ... my camera has been missing!!! I am more than sad about it!! I feel like Virginia Kate is at the most fun stage right now, but I have no way to document it!! :( Both my large and small digital camera were in my now MISSING camera bag!!! And a new camera is definitely not in the budget right now!! On another note... Today Virginia Kate is 9 months old!! Still not crawling yet... But she still finds a way to make it from point A to point B!! She is about 19 pounds and seems to be getting really long! Her 9 month pjs are getting a little short in the stride!! She is babbling all the time-- still not saying mama yet, but she loves to say dada and baba! She also loves to wave bye bye to everyone and play paddy cake! We keep telling her she is going
To be a big sister!!! I love this sweet baby girl more and more every day! She is the joy of my life!!!

Ringing in the NEW YEAR!!!
Well, this year we will be ringing in the new year with another addition to the Taras family!!! Baby T #2 is due to arrive on NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!!! We are beyond thrilled about this new addition to our family!!! Ever since I have known Sam Taras we have spent New Year's Eve at the restaurant!! It tends to be one of the busiest nights of the year for the Grille! But this year it looks like we will be ringing in the new year at Germantown Methodist Women's Hospital!! =) We appreciate any prayers for this precious gift. I am 9 weeks along at this point and we heard that sweet little heart beat which never ceases to bring tears to my eyes! Babies are truly a miracle and a gift from God and we are forever thankful!

Beach Baby
It has become a Tashie/Taras tradition now for the 5th year to take a beach trip together! It is one of the highlights of our year! The Tashies so graciously allow us to spend a week in their beautiful beach home in Santa Rosa, Florida! Our group seems to get a little larger each year! The more, the merrier! =) And might I add--this picture below was quite a feat to get everyone to actually look at the camera and keep their eyes open at the same time!! ;) But after many attempts... we got one!
It took VK quite some time to get warmed up to the idea of sand, but by the end of the trip she loved it so much she would eat it! yuck!
Taking a baba break on the boat!
The boat was quite a hit for the little ones!
Petey even found some cool shades to wear!
The kids got so sandy that Lindsey and I would just strip them down on the porch and head straight to the tub!! They loved tub time!
We had lots of fun with the boys hair! Maybe next year VK will have enough to style! =)

She was fascinated by the ocean!
It was a constant contest between Petey and Hobs, who would get the most kisses from VK! Too funny! One day they will be totally embarrassed by these shots!
My sweet, happy baby.... this little face never ceases to brighten my day!
There is nothing like kisses from daddy!
This was so far the most memorable trip yet! Having Virginia Kate to share it with made all the difference! We hate to have to leave, but looking forward to many more wonderful trips to come!
