After such a long 2 day drive back up to NC we were so tired and had no plans to play in the snow. Well today we must have gotten a second wind. That or we wanted Noah to see the snow before it hits 70 degrees this Saturday. We only stayed out for a little while, and it was hardly still 8 inches but there was quite a bit left in some places. Noah didn't really love the cold aspect, and he mostly stood there afraid to move for fear of falling and getting his hands snowy again. But Momma had fun taking pics with her new camera.

Mom is just proud of Noah's big boy bedding.

We have missed Shelby and Mary while they have been away, and rarely get to see Ben and Ashley. We had a short but great visit hearing how they have been, and letting Noah get to know them again. We miss all you guys.

Following tradition, Christmas morning is always spent at Mimi's house. We wake up and head over early, usually in our PJ's. We have a great breakfast, bacon, eggs, biscuits, and coffee, or juice. Then we open presents. I will always remember these mornings.

This year it was fun watching Noah open and be more interested the activity. He is really good at bags with tissue paper, but really has to work on wrapping paper. Mimi helped him. Packing peanuts seemed to be his favorite gift. And after that his little Vtech laptop.

We are so blessed to have such a generous family.

As tradition since I have been dating Drew we spend Christmas Eve night with the Taylor side. Every one gets together. This is a time for us to see everyone we have not see in a while. It was so fun for them to see Noah and how much he has changed.

Pops and Gigi gave Noah a really fun chair and Noah had fun climbing in and out, in and out, in and out.

After opening presents with the fam Noah thought he would have a little time with Uncle J and Daddy. Oh and Madison. He loves that dog.

Justin and Michelle drove through town headed to AL. We have not seen them in over a year. It was so good to get out of the house and have a date. We ate at Jo's Diner and then enjoyed some really good yogurt from Berry Berry Good.

We had such a fun lunch with Pops, Gigi, and Aunt Bryce. Really great food and fun times chasing Noah around the place.

We spent the night at the park. Having fun, the weather was great (around 65 degrees) and it wasn't that crowded. We ran into several friends that we haven't seen in a while. We even tried to see Santa. Which did not quite work out. Noah screamed. He did have fun riding the cow in the nativity scene. He even talked to Baby Jesus.

We had such a fun time catching up with the CL, Kirsten, and Eva. Noah as not seen Eva since they were 6 months or so old. It was fun to hear about all their adventures overseas.

We dropped Noah off at Mimi's and we were able to go eat lunch with Ben and Ashley. Don't we look cute, these 2 preggo ladies.


Later we went to see our 1st 3D movie with the 'rents. Narnia it was really good. I was sure missing Noah by the end.
