Team Dobbins

Now...I definetly don't look the best I ever have in this picture, but it is one of my favorites. This was in the bed at the cabin we stayed in after a long day of hiking. We all piled into one bed and starting taking pictures of ourselves. Who knew this could end up being so much fun! The pictures kept getting crazier from here! I had so much fun with them on this trip!

The kids had a 5 day weekend last week, so we packed up and went to Starved Rock. We missed having daddy along, but he had to work. The weather was very nice, for February in Illinois, and the falls were beautiful!

Savannah had fun pinning the "lips" on her teacher and making a Valentine mailbox. Tyler loved getting all of the Valentines from his friends. (He hid behind his Valentine bag though!) I love going to their parties! Brings back memories!

So...Nathan had his 13th birthday this week, but I think I'm the one that feels older! He's now officially a teenager! Yikes! He does get to be more fun each day though! Love ya Nate!

I went to Alaska last Friday with Savannah and her class. What a fun fieldtrip! We made some scrimshaw, saw how blubber keeps animals warm, did some ice fishing, and even sat in an igloo! (and we even made it back in time to catch the bus home!)

Tyler took 3rd in his first Pinewood Derby. We were so excited for him. He worked very hard on his Yellow Bus. No one in this family has ever placed, so that gave him something to smile about!
