We went to our ward trunk or treat! It was fun and the kids enjoyed it. Emma Hermione was Hermione. Abigail Ginny was Hermione's cat Crookshanks. I think they both looked super cute. I dressed up too... But I think I was one of not many adults dressed up. Input Emma's hair in curlers to make it curly, and she LOVED to wear them, it was pretty funny.
I gave Emma the camera the other day and taught her how to take pictures. These are her pictures.
Abby has been sick all week. But the night before last night was terrible! I think I got about 2 hours of sleep! She cried and cried and woke up about every 30 minutes. Eventually I got her to sleep with her head propped up against me.... But it meant I had to sleep (or just doze) while sitting up. And I finally would get her calmed down each time by singing If You're Happy and You Know It over and over again. It's funny to me that it's her favorite right now. Anyway... We went to the doctor (good thing I have amazing neighbors who can give me a ride when I don't have a car...) and found out she has an ear infection! So she's been taking her medication and last night she slept amazing... Which was good because Emma was up throwing up all night... And I had to wonder if I will ever get sleep again.

We miss our old neighbor Ashlee and her family! So on our way to my brothers wedding we stopped and visited them!
They were the best neighbors anybody could ask for. We lived next to them at Ridgecrest. Ashlee was always more than willing to help us out and I will forever be grateful for all the times when she watched Emma while I was sick or in the hospital.
Glad we could visit them! I wish I had taken some pictures!
When we used to live by them Jaylee used to try to pick Emma up all of the time... Even though she is only a coup,e of years older. Well, we always told her not to, but she continually tried it when we weren't looking. Well seriously 5 minutes after we got there we notice Jaylee trying to carry Emma up the stairs into their house... Oh it made me laugh! I guess nothing's changed ;)
He works so hard and has so much patience with me!
The other day Emma got a balloon from the Logan's pharmacy school. When we got home a huge dog scared her to death and she let her balloon go. So I called Logan and told him. He came with two balloons and flowers for me!
He is also amazing because he travels a lot for work and studies a lot and gets great grades and somehow still has time for his church calling and time to spend wig his family. He's doing a great job and I love him!
I've been super slow at posting this... But I was super glad they came to visit! Luke and Bre were our first friends after we got married. We met at a ward party at our first ward in Rexburg. We talked about running over ducks. Not sure why I remember that... But I do.
Anyway, they flew in to idaho Falls from Las Vegas and then we went to visit Rexburg... I always love a good visit to Rexburg. It's amazing how many changes have taken place there since we left a couple years ago. We stopped and said hi some of my favorite people, the Johansons. I wish we could have spent more time there, but another time I guess. We also ate at the old "Craigos" or as it is known now: "Pizza Pie Cafe".
Anyway, the next couple of days we hung out, ate tacos, played at parks, ate homemade pretzel bites, and let our two girls, Emma and Aslynn, play with each other constantly until they couldn't stand each other any more! It was fun! We let Emma and Aslynn sleep in the same room and when we would turn out the lights and shut the door I could hear Emma say, "where are you? I can't see you!"
It was a lot of fun and I can't wait until we can visit them!
