Emma loves this song and has me sing either it or I Am A Child Of God every night. Here she is singing it, she knows it pretty well :)

 

Another short note about Emma. She has started waking up with a dry diaper in the morning! Yay! It's not every night, but it's getting more and more often. Sometimes she will even wake up at night and come get me to take her potty.

She's also been waking up and coming in my room scared because either the big dog got her or (the more popular one) the big truck got her... I'm not sure why she is so scared of a big truck getting her...

Anyway, a few weeks ago I told Emma her hand had gotten "Cheeto-ified" from eating Cheetos so she says that a lot now. Cracks me up.

 

A couple of weeks ago for preschool we made pine cones covered with peanut butter and bird seed and hung them up outside. While we made them I joke about our squirrel friend eating them instead of the birds (we have a chunky little squirrel living in our back yard). Anyway, not even an hour after we hung them up this is what we saw....

 

Also... Emma picked some flowers for me!

 

While on the subject of babies... recently Emma has been telling me there is a baby in my tummy. Pretty funny, but untrue. A little awkward when she says it in front of people... Haha oh well!

 

 

 

We also watched a movie about Christ and The Atonement and Resurrection. Hopefully we can make that a bigger part next year... I don't think I did a very good job this year... Which makes me feel like I failed my kids, so I'll just have to do better in the future. I know that Christ lived and died and suffered for my sins. I hope that I can teach that to my children.
