Peacock Flats aka Long Road
I have been enjoying taking my little two up Peacock Flats. It is a killer uphill climb--especially pushing a stroller with two little dudes in it. We check out nature, listen to music and they eat snacks.
Sometimes we even see Ferdinand in the bushes!
At times I probably push it too long and people get a little upset, but in the end we all survive.
I am so thankful for the beauty that surrounds me and my family.

Weekend Warrior: Maunawili
Mud mud muddy. We set off for Maunawili Falls on a downpour of a rainy day. Because the adult to kid ratio was even, we weren't scared (well maybe I was leery). We slipped and slided all the way, stepping in oozing muddy goodness. It was super fun since we knew it would be that way. The boys did great and we made it to the falls in one piece.
The big boys (plus Oshyn) took turns jumping off all of the different ledges into the water.
And lunch was on Orin! We brought our MRE packets he gave us and the boys were in heaven. Then we told them we had to hike back out...

Random Insta and Isms
Another day at the drop zone for a hatchback lunch. Kai is stomping his foot saying, "MY TURN!" He is a daredevil in the making!
I love it when neighbors goodies droop over the fence! They said enjoy & boy are we! Old house=mangos, New house=lilikoi. We are lucky ducks.
On our way out the door to the beach, Kai insists, "I nee wax!" (for his floatie).
I love my little beach babe!
I thought this was impressive Mr. Superstacker until...
"Look Mom! Tall tall!"
Dish buddy twins!

Lizards for Sale
Today the boys, and some of our neighborhood friends, decided that they would putting their lizard catching to good use! They worked hard and with the help of the lizard whisperer, Elise, they caught over 17 lizards. We walked the neighborhood carrying them around in a bucket yelling, "Lizards for sale! Lizards for sale!" Much to their surprise, no one was very interested in buying their lizards. Someone nicely told them all, "Selling lizards here is like trying to sell eskimos ice! We have hundreds of them in our yard too."
Better luck next time!

Weekend Warrior: Kaena Point
We decided that it was time to explore the point...Kaena Point, a tip of the island that the road does not go around, near our house. It took a bit of crazy off roading in the burban, but we made it.
Everyone started off with enthusiasm and cuteness.
After a short bit, Zachie loaded Kai boy up in the backpack for an extra workout. Kai didn't object!
I may or may not have had a mild heart attack and screamed when they were on the edge of the cliff like this...
We got pretty toasty and me and the littles took a dip in the water while Daddy, Zach and Oshyn hiked UP.
Boy did it feel good! So good that everyone joined us. We love to explore and get wet!
