One advantage of being a teacher is that I'm at home on a Monday in the middle of the day. It's called spring break. Now I'm counting down the days to summer. Travis' busy season for accounting is winding down so that's good. I have about a month until my students take their last two tests, Reading and math. I know that alot will fail but I'm starting to except that. At the beginning of the year and last semester I hoped to be a miracle worker. I'm excepting that I'm not. I'm doing my best and that's all that I can do.
Anyways, next Monday will be kind of sad because one of my favorite students won't be there. This last Friday was her last day. I'm going to miss her. She is the spunkiest, cutest kid. I told her like 9 times a week to grow up, go to college and become something great. I know she got tired of that but she's too smart. It would be a waste. Here are some pictures of her. I will miss her.
Here are some random pictures.
This boy usually has braids in. The braids have gotten so long that I convinced him to come to school with his braids out so I could see. What a cutie!
This is a glimpse of the classroom.
