Douglas is 3.5 and I haven't had him involved in any chores.  Mostly b/c I'm so impatient and want things done fast and right so I don't have him help.  Anyways, I want Douglas and Harrison even (he's almost 2) to help around the house.  What do you guys do with this age?  A formal core chart?  If so, what does it look like?
