Dance Recital 2011

What a year, We have the world's Greatest Teacher. Megan just loves Trisha. This year our teacher was expecting her 3rd child and although she thought things were going great. At the end of Feb beginning on March she was put to bed for bed rest. And it was a little scary. She ended up having the baby 25 days early. Mom and baby did great and everything went well. Being the Dance teacher that she is she wanted to still have the Recital. So on Saturday May 21 we went to Megan's recital. It was another Great show and all the performances were wonderful, Trisha once again out did herself with the music and costumes.

Megan Just Loves to Dance!

CIF Prelims

This has been a Big year for Kyle. He was Baseline League Pole Vaulting Champ. For those that don't understand what that means I will explain. We are in the Baseline League which consists of 6 High Schools, Los Osos(Our High School), Rancho Cucamonga High, Etiwanda High, Alta Loma High, Upland High, and Glendora High. So when Kyle was made Champ that meant that he beat all the Pole Vaulters from all the schools. He is a sophomore and he did very well this year. Undefeated and ended up going the the CIF prelims and was the only Sophomore there. All the others were Juniors and Seniors. We are very proud of him and how he handled all this and the kind of person he has become. It's great to win but it is better to also have the respect of the other Pole Vaulters and Coaches. We love you Kyle!

I just love to watch you RUN, JUMP, and FLY!

The Best Teammate!

When it comes to teammates He is the Best, He doesn't complain about penalties, He never argues with you about whether or not its a goal, He is always willing to be 2nd, He won't quit even if He's tired, Actually you may get tired first, He will be happy even if he loses, and He is always available to play anything. He is Our Buster, World's Greatest Teammate and Good Sport. This Dog of ours is the mellowest Dog I know. And his favorite thing to do is play Fetch. So when Kyle needed someone to play Hockey with, He thought why not Buster! If he will run to get a ball, He probably will chase after a ball too! And He Did! What a Great Day!!!

Our Daisy has gotten Big!

This is Daisy, Megan just loves this Dog. She is a very nice little dog with a very mellow disposition. She is an Indoor/Outdoor Dog. But truth be told she prefers outdoors. She just loves our big dog Buster, who if he sat on her could seriously hurt her. He is 130lbs to her 10. But they are so great together and Buster is very gentle with her. We just laugh as we watch them play and run around. I really think that Daisy thinks she is a Big Dog like Buster. Megan is in Heaven with this dog. She is a great little companion and just what we were hoping for.

4th grade

Megan makes the grade, Straight A's all year-High Honors. She has a goal of getting the Presidential Award at the end of Elementary School for making High Honors all through Upper Grade. She is off to a Great Start. In our Home we really don't do much when it comes to grades. Except that they get a Big Hug from Mom and a Way to GO!! I have always told them its their job and they need to always do their best! So Way to Go, Mae Mae and we are very proud of you.

Slap Shot Anyone!

Running Clock, 3 periods, 12 mins each of playing time, Slap Shots, Goals, Penalty Box! Well, that's Hockey. We have played Hockey since my Boys were small. They have tried all kinds of sports. But nothing was like hockey for them. Unfortunately rinks seemed to move farther and farther away. Our local rink closed and we traveled for awhile. They have played on clubs team, city teams, school teams. Kevin played all through High School and Los Osos was undefeated. Tyler played through freshman year, Kevin was a Senior and they had the chance to play together. We traveled to Irvine, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, West Covina, and Corona. With Tyler, he had the opportunity to travel to Canada and play with his club team. They loved it, most of this traveling went on while David was Bishop. I think we just got tired. It was year round and we just seemed to be done. So after 3 years of not seeing my boys playing, seemingly effortlessly down the rink, gliding with stick in hand and puck across the rink. We are there again. And Oh How I have missed watching them play. I have missed watching Ty do the thing he loved for so long. So even though we travel a little ways, to Corona.(Its about 35 to 40mins away) I loved watching my Boy play. So Thank you for one last time to watch you Play...

SLAP SHOT ANYONE!
