Ultrasound Surprise at 33 Weeks

We had our third Ultrasound today! None of the pictures came out really well so I am not posting any. Our Mr. Man is already 5 lbs and 9 oz!!! He measures in at 35 weeks and 6 days which would put us due November 2nd---BUT, our doctor said to stick with our original November 18th date. He is going to be a monster!! I DO NOT want to have a C-Section so say a little prayer for me! He is head down and is moving all the time. Still loving it :) David and I are now in high gear to get everything in order. I am in the process of DEEP cleaning and re-organizing things to incorporate baby stuff---and some things just need to be re-organized! I am still working on getting the nursery in order. Hopefully I'll be done in the next week! We love you all!!!

Excitment at 30 1/2 weeks!

Here we are---a few days shy of 31 weeks! Only 9 weeks to go :) This past week I invested in the belly belt and Velcro shoes....my size MEDIUMs are feeling a bit SMALL---but the LARGEs are to big. What is a girl to do? My favorite 'outfit' is a pair of David's over sized PJ pants and a wife beater tank top. I LOVE it and I plan on doing it again and again and again!! Pregnancy is GREAT and life is SUPER! We are ready to hold our little man but I love being pregnant! Janeille helped me put it into words this past weekend---pregnancy is bitter sweet. Speaking of---we ended up in labor and delivery last Sunday. At around 12:30 pm I started having pre-contraction, contractions. I didn't know what was going on so finally around 7:00 pm David and I made a trip to the hospital. They hooked me up to an IV for a few hours but that didn't stop them. Around 10:00 pm they gave me a muscle relaxer which stopped them within 5 minutes. They aren't sure why they came on but everything is fine and I am feeling awesome! They called it "irritable uterus". We should have our nursery together in the next two weeks so expect a blog update then! How exciting!! David is doing well as he is busting at the seams.....he is WAY excited! He is so wonderful, sweet, and supportive. I couldn't have made a more almost-perfect-husband. I am so lucky to have him (and so is Aydan!). We love you all and would love to hear from you!!
