One last post of my Trip

What we did one day for LUNCH

We went to Zaharakos They have been serving sodas and sundaes since 1900.

I'm totally excited to go visit Jen again. I Loved this classic soda and ice cream shop. Can't wait to take my girls there! We will order the 6 scoop sundae!!!!!

I had a very relaxing and much needed vacation. It was fun to just be me. Also Page was great entertainment. She is soooooo cute.

What to do in Indiana- by Sharon

So I went to Indiana. It was cold, but it did get warm enough to go for a walk one day. We watched movies and TV and do a few crafts and drove to see the local sites. Oh one thing, Indiana sell lard by the bucket.

We went to Not Just Popcorn, We were given a tour and tested as much popcorn as we wanted. We bought a few samples (well a lot of samples)

Never went to a antique mall, so we decided to go to the Largest antique mall in the midwest. There were a few things I wanted to buy, like a toy I had when I was a little girl, it was $90, but didn't.

I also had so yummy food. I learned how to make spaghetti squash. My new favorite food with diced and seasoned tomatoes. yummy! I had butternut squash soup. That was way yummy also.

My very own vacation

We have decided to take a solo vacation every other year. This is my year and since we have two family vacations this year I wanted to get my trip before they all happened. I was able to go visit my friend Jen. It was a very low key trip. It was not something I have been planning, but I really wanted to come visit her, in her new home town in Indiana. Oh winter in Indiana is not all great, but I had a great time with this little girl!

Every morning I sat and watch Page get feed. It was so fun just watching. Not having to be a mom for a few days was fun, but I really did miss my family.

Snow Day

Why not turn the garden box into a snow boat!

Yes we play with beach toys when it snows. Why not!

Our girls are lucky to have a dad that makes movies of their lives. Taryn had watched our first snowman movie a few days before this snow day. It looks just like the one we made 4 years ago. She was very proud of her very own snow(women).

Meg is in Dance

Meg Started Dance class one week after she turned 2 years old. Let just say she is not the best listener in class, but I know she is having fun, cuz she always wants to go to class.
