Sisters

I love this series of photos.
I love these two girlies... they are mine.
My sisters that is.
I love that no matter how old, big or how far you may live there is something that ties sisters together.  Something that is eternal.
Something that can not be described, but felt.
How lucky am I to have four.
 {+ 5 sister in laws.  I know, I know... I did something good in heaven}
Four blessings in my life.
Four people to love.
Four people to call my best friends, no matter what.

In these photos, I guess, Rachael had just thrown her gum into Paige's hair.
 Nice.
See... sisterly love is thick.

Sadie is off to BYU {provo}

Last but not least... Sadie is D.O.N.E. with HS.
We are so excited for you Sadie-Boo.  We love you and have loads and loads of proudness over here for you.
We know you will rock P-town.

By the way BEST Commencement ever!  My mom was worried we were not going to get a seat {since we were running a little on "Clegg time"} and it may have been the best thing that has ever happened?!!  Why we have rushed to all graduations before boggles my mind. Here it is... you can rush your little fanny on over to get a seat... or take your time & enjoy the scenery.  Because we were a little late and took our  time we had to sit on the turf... which we had a blanket in hand... laid ourselves right on down... listened to a little music... made a few jokes... heard nothing except the German principle saying "De hawks are in de howuse --- Swusssh Swusssh!!"  {The best part mind you}.
Heard Sadie's name, did a "whoot whoot" and then continued playing with Sage and did some mindless thinking.  Awesome.

 All the gals made it home for cute Sadie... I love when we are all together, even if it is for a day or two.

I love that Aarean has a dirty diaper in hand...
what a good little mama she is.

Family Photos

For the last year I have had this empty wall above our couch in the family room.  And for the past three years I have been collecting frames here and there; when I thought of it.

I had this idea for a wall all in black and white {not really original}.  Well, my mom was here, and when that woman is here things get done... project wise.  So we went for the looming wall and pretty much have it all figured out.  I just had a few empty frames that needed to be filled... so we took some family shots Wed. night.  My mom took the family picture and I tried to get the rest, which bribery was involved.  I think for the most part it turned out pretty cute.

Especially the ones of the youngin's.  They are stunning.

 Oh goodness... is all I can think and say when I see R in the above picture

 She loves her daddy

 Why does he look like a young man in this picture?  Crap.

Would you ever guess his eyes are blue?  Deep blue.

Happy Late Father's Day

To the three men that have my heart...
 Spencer and us on father's day 2011 - kinda fuzzy.  Oh well.
{All the kids were watching a classic Michigan game.
We start them young.  Look at H, just about to explode with a "YEA!"}

Dad at Coronado Beach

Happy {late} Father's Day!

*Merrill this summer I am taking pictures of just you; since I have NONE.
Practice your posing... this is going to happen.

Jumping Bean

My mother in law gave me this bouncer/jumper contraption when Hudson was born {the company has since gone under}.  And it has been put to good use.  Hudson loved it, Reagan loved it and now it is on to Grey.

He is starting to get the feel for it... his little feet go up and down while the jumper handles his weight.  He is quite funny... he thinks he is part of the gang and wants to watch EVERYTHING going on.

I will say that this jumper looks good on him.

Hotel Del Coronado

While in So Cal we went to Del Coronado Beach... I had never been... and I grew up in So Cal.  It was a beautiful day!!
First we went to eat at a local "hip" burger joint; it was delish!  The Chocolate shake was drool worthy and the fries right up there with the shake.

Some pictures:

Sage has an obsession named "Sofie"

While in Southern California my niece was introduced to Grey's girlfriend - Sofie.  Sofie the giraffe to be exact.  And before Grey had a say Sage took over... it was love at first nibble for Sage.

I love Sage.  She is the most beautiful little lady.  I just need to be taught what to do to get a reaction out of her.  Her mom walks in the room and it is like a circus of clowns just appeared.  Sage will go nuts, she thinks everything Aarean does is FUNNY.  And Aarean really isn't that funny.  :)  {Kidding... I am just jealous, reallllly jealous.}  Here are some cute pictures of Sage and her attachment... Sofie.

Mr Chunk-a-munk

Here is our little lovie. He is honestly such a dream.  I don't know why or how we got him but I am keeping him.  That is a promise.

His interpretation of a frown... which is a rarity for him.
