Happy Mother's Day

I feel so honored to have a wonderful Mother and Mother-in-law in my life. I am so grateful for the constant example they are to me. I am so grateful for my Mother and the example of kindness, Love and Service she has taught me. Love you Mom! And to my amazing children. Mama loves you, more than you will ever know.

Down it goes!

Our backyard backs up to a pretty busy road, and by busy I mean honking, sirens, radios, you name it! My favorite part of the road is the 2 am drag races that take place on the weekend, SUPER! Anyways.. back to the post. So we have some "high voltage power lines" according to the fine people over at APS. And because you can't necessarily trim a palm tree one way or another (they grow straight up, if you haven't noticed) we had the option, wait. We had NO option at all. So down went the tree. So this tree, that I assume has been here for 2o+ years was taken down in literally amount of minutes. MINUTES! M.i.n.u.t.e.s! So now we have a barren spot on our back wall, which I dream about doing something with. Maybe a lemon tree, we all know I love lemons, or maybe a vine? Oleander? Boginvia? Juniper? You get the point.

Day in the life

Just another trip to Costco. (who let's their kids sit on the toilets? This girl. Right here.)

The Piano Guys

So awhile back... a LONG while back David and I went to a Jon Schmidt concert. It was a B.L.A.S.T! I had never heard of them...(don't judge me!) but boy I was glad we took the time to take a break and enjoy the show. Then (like total groupies) we stayed after and bought their CD and got some autographs.

I am seriously procrastinating THIS blog.  Don't judge :)
