We're moving! ...to WordPress :)

For the longest time we've been using Blogger because it's free and tied to our Google accounts. Cris tried updating the theme so it doesn't look so old and so it showed bigger pictures, but there were problems with leaving comments and image scaling.
So... he fixed it all by transferring the entire blog over to WordPress! This blog will still exist, but we won't be updating it anymore. All of the pictures and posts transferred nicely and everything should work great.

Wednesday

The big news to report from Wednesday would be that E got HIS GOLD KEY!!!!!!

So today he got to have a hot lunch from school, and after school we are going swimming, and tomorrow we are taking him to Olive Garden. He worked so hard to get this and we are so happy for him. Way to go E!!!


C was very happy for E.

Tuesday

On Tuesday e was in a hurry and wrinkled all of his papers. He also worked on writing stories and his spelling words. He drew a boat on some waves in the ocean. 

C made a birthday cake all by himself for daddy. He was so proud of his creation. He even came up with the idea. 

And Stella is now a officially a pug who sleeps and cuddles anytime the boys are quiet.   🙂



Monday

On Monday e worked on his new spelling words. They also worked on penmanship and their test taking. They are learning about water and all that it does. He drew a picture of a logging truck in the forest during rain. He did so good we framed it!

Friday

On Friday e had his tests. He did pretty good on them. He also practiced test taking because at the end of this month they have their state tests. He also talked about the power of the sun and what it does to water. 


Thursday

On Thursday e worked on his spelling. He also wrote a story about being a fire fighter. They have also started to learn how to use an apostrophe and the new word that is created from the other two. They started learning about glaciers, How there are two kinds and what animals live near them. He learned about seals today and drew a picture of one on a glacier. 

Wednesday

On Wednesday study a prism that they have in their class. He then drew a rainbow showing the colors he sees from his prism. He also had music and worked in his spelling words and writing sentences. 

And c just loves to cuddle the dogs...
