E got to take apart and see the inside of a computer. We have been going to the park and playing baseball. Both boys love it. And today Cris took a half day and picked e up from school then they spent the day together. Got some lunch, hit some balls at the batting cages, and then played a round of golf. And it was the perfect day out for them too. Both had a lot of fun. 

Today e learned about ants. They will bury their eggs way under ground and then off a spider tries to come get them, they will call for all the ants to come attack and then their babies stay safe. At recess today he played in the sand box. He also had a fire truck and ambulance come to the school. They asked who wants to be a fire fighter, e does. They also talked fire safety. 

Monday e learned about grasshoppers. They like to jump around. He also brought home another book. And at recess he played capture the bad guys. 

Today e learned about honey bears. And that they like to eat honey. He also worked on vowels and math. And at recess he played capture the bad guys. Today was also 'teddy bear picnic' day. He got to take s stuffed animal for picnic. He took a mine craft sheep. We had decided his name would be lamb chops. But while at school e changed his name to ....Morby. Yes you read that write, Morby. We have no idea where it came from. And since c had to have everything like e. He got a pig named bacon. 

Today e learned about bees. They make honey. He drew some by a flower. He also worked on vowels and math. And at recess he played tag. One new thing he did today was write his last name. He didn't copy anything he just knows how to spell it. We were pretty impressed, he got a few marbles. 

So this happened yesterday. Cris thought of it and the boys loved it, Elvis not so much. (And don't worry, after this everyone had a shower with lots of soap!!). 

Today e learned about lady bugs. He learned they help protect the plants from bad bugs. He also worked on math and vowels. He played in the sandbox today with theodore, Ty and Fintan. They made a huge mountain of sand. 

Today e learned about butterflies. He drew one by some flowers. He also worked on math today. And he brought home a new book. But with these next few books he just gets them for a couple of days then he takes them back to school when he can read them and he gets a magnet for a chart. He is pretty excited about these books. And at recess he played with Ryan and Ryu and ran around playing tag. 

Today the boys got haircuts! C did pretty well for rarely having his hair cut. 

Yesterday e learned about sheep. The give us wool and some people even eat them! He worked on the e vowel words and also addition. At recess they played in the class playing freeze dance (you dance until the teacher says freeze, then You freeze however you are dancing). He thought it was a pretty funny game.

Today e learned about chickens. They live in red houses called chicken coops and lay eggs. He also worked on vowel words, adding and reading. He played in the sand box with Lance today (theodore was gone today). He worked really hard when he was drawing his chicken picture. There is a mommy chicken and her babies. 

Today e learned about cows. He also learned how they roll around the the mud to cool down. He also worked on new vowel combinations. And his little friend Finton made e a little special note. He also brought home his cup of grass but there is no grass sprouting yet. And at recess he played capture the bad guys.
