Happy Easter!

We had a wonderful Easter celebrating Jesus' resurrection!  I love how every year our CBS lesson somehow ties into Jesus' resurrection and makes me realize how much Jesus sacrificed for me when I deserve none of it.  So thankful!  We started off the day with baskets full of a few goodies (dolls, jewelry, cars) and some necessities (shorts, swimsuits, flip flops, cup).  After church we had lunch and a little egg hunt before the rain started.  We had a wonderful day together as a family even if taking a family and sibling picture was a little difficult!

Egg Hunt #2...Small Group

Our small group from our Sunday School class (Connect Group) had an egg hunt for the kids.  We separated it out into the bigger kids and smaller kids.  Thankfully it was a beautiful day and much warmer than it was at our first egg hunt.  Raleigh and Garner both found some eggs and had fun playing with friends (or rather Raleigh had fun playing...Garner just tried to eat the rocks)!

Egg Hunt #1...Child's World

The weather in Georgia has been crazy...warm one day and freezing the next.  Well, the day of the Child's World egg hunt was one of the freezing days.  I think that may be the reason I only have one picture of Raleigh finding an egg...it was so cold I think the kids found the eggs quicker.  Also, there wasn't much of a picnic because everyone was too cold to eat.  It may have been cold, but it didn't keep Raleigh from finding lots of eggs and candy!  We'll definitely miss this next year!
Waiting on everyone to come find eggs!
 Best Friends...Raleigh loves Payton!
Lined up and ready for the whistle...
 and they're off!

 Checking out the goods!

Garner observing...it won't be long boy!

Duck Dynasty comes to Hebron

Jase from Duck Dynasty came to speak at Hebron and it quickly sold out.  We got the maximum of six tickets and invited my college roommate and her friend and one of Raleigh's friends mom and grandmother.  He did great speaking and sharing his testimony. Coo wanted a picture with him so bad, but the closest she got was watching him and Missy walk to their limo to leave.  Jason on the other hand was kept out of the bathroom by "bodyguard Rando" because Jase was in there at the time. :)  So, Jason snapped a picture for Coo.  :)
Coo took this picture before it started because we thought it would be a cool shot of the church.  Jason however thought it would be fun to pretend to pick his nose.  :)
