Yes, We are Moving!!

You have heard right, we are moving and doing it rather quickly. Drew was offered a transfer to North Logan and we accepted it. The kicker is that we are trying to get up there so the kids can start school on the first day (which is next Thursday the 21st). So we are heading up there on Tuesday at the latest Wednesday. So needless to say it is rather crazy here and our lives are being turned in every direction but we are really excited to be going. We lived in Logan right after we got married for 2 years and fell in love with it. We would have stayed there had there been a job market but not so much back then. We truly feel like we are going back home, though we never would have thought we'd end up there. Our hearts for so long had been set on Lehi and things just weren't working out in our favor for that and as soon as we decided to do this Logan thing, everything fell into place, so that tells us something. Anyway a big goodbye to all and please keep in touch. I have attached a picture of the house we have a contract on and if all goes well will soon be ours.

When we get in and settled I will send more fun pictures and get blogging right away. Love to all!

Race Day!

Well today was the big day for me and my 2 friends Nikki and Angie, we did the Provo River Woods 1/2 marathon. Though we are excited it is over we are so glad we did it, it is such a great accomplishment. We had to wake up at 4 in the morning, which was hard, but with the excitement and Adrenalin it was okay. We had to be there by 5am to be on the first buses, which we were, but with 2100 runners and 2097 (2094, I can't include the Cope family) of them being idiots we ended up on the last buses. Everyone kept skipping from the long lines and heading to other buses not in the line up. We weren't even to the starting line until it was suppose to start, but luckily they had to get the buses unloaded and back down the canyon before we could get started. So we ran and ran and with our bum knees we ended up doing a lot better than we anticipated. All we wanted to do was finish the race (and not be dead last), we finished it and did great on our time, I was able to finish at 2 hours 13 min. It was great fun and a really gorgeous course so if any one is thinking of doing a 1/2 marathon this is definitely recommended. Done for the year, but here we come Hobble Creek 1/2 next summer.

It's Here!!

Goodreads Breaking Dawn (Twilight Series, Book 4)

The long wait is over, it is finally here! We tried the party and Confetti books, if that's what you call a party. We actually didn't end up doing too much partying there, but we had a good time anyway. But I want to hear from you. Who did what and who has already dived in head first into book. Let's hear all about what you think and what you did Friday night.
