Happy Anniversary!

I wanted to wish Drew a happy 13th anniversary and Happy Fathers day but I am a little late, so I am doing it now.

I am so glad you are part of my life, you make me so happy. Thanks for all you do and for all you are, I love you.

Scout Camp

What more needs to be said, looks like all they did was play and have fun. This was his first year and he had so much fun. Drew went with him and I think that made it even better.

I just wanted to wish my little Nathan a happy 8th birthday (a little too late) I have never scanned in pictures but I gave it my best shot, there were so many fun pictures. I think it was almost more fun for me to go through all these pictures than to actually post any of them. Nathan has been such a joy in our lives and I love him so much, we are so excited that he is a part of our lives, it makes our house very intersting and fun for the most part.

Another total update!

I am sorry that this is such a long post but it takes so long to break it all up and only one was current, so be patient and remember to leave comments, we love to read them and know that people out there are catching up on us.

BASEBALL SEASON!

This year Nathan is the only one doing baseball so we all get to go to each game and support him. He is on the "Orioles" this year and this was his first game. Of course we had to take a few pictures of him posing before hand and Rylie just couldn't be left out. He is such a great ball player and I hope he continues with baseball.

4th GRADE PROGRAM!

We went to Derrek's 4th grade program last week and it was lots of fun. It was quite hot in the gym and the poor kids were dying up there but they did such a good job. These are not the best pictures but we were so far back that I couldn't get great ones. There are some pictures of Derrek dancing with a girl and this just happens to be the girl he really really likes, and she likes him back. He was so excited when they got paired up to dance together, you could tell he really enjoyed holding her hand and swinging her about. I am so not ready for this.
Rylie on the other hand was not so pleased to be there, she showed her true colors in one of the pictures and then faked a few smiles so she could see herself on camera. Thank heavens she fell asleep soon after we took the pictures and slept the whole time.

WILLOW ZOO

We took our kids to the local "zoo" here and they had a good time. It is not much of a zoo, just a few animals and lots and lots of birds, but it was a beautiful day and a fun activity to get us out of the house. It is next to a bunch of parks too, so we packed a picnic and then let the kids play. There was a turtle that got stuck on it's back and the other turtle tried and tried to help get it turned over, it was so cool to watch. It is amazing that these creatures think like we do.

I NEED TO GO POTTY!

Rylie had a friend over and they were out on the front porch blowing bubbles having a good time. When we came out to check on them we found them taking turns sitting on a bucket they found telling us they needed to go potty. You would have thought I had a little boy out there, not my little princess, or so she thinks (most of the time)

HIKING WITH DAD!

Drew took the kids up the canyon a few weekends ago to go hiking. They ended up going up Green canyon to look at the granite they used to build the Logan Temple. They thought that was pretty cool. The pictures are not the best because Drew took them with his phone but it is better than not having any.
