More Exciting News!!!!!!!!!

For those of you who have not heard yet....AMY AND CHANCE ARE EXPECTING!!! We have known for a few weeks now, but their ultrasound confirmed it and now we can share. We are 10 weeks apart and it is such a special time to spend with my SISTER! We have been talking about all of the families that we know are expecting, and I think the count is now up to 7! Wow!!! What blessings!!!

Their due date is July 17th, so please pray for Amy as she experiences all of the fun and not so fun (she is really sick) times of pregnancy, Chance as he takes care of her and prepares for this new family member, Baby Jones as God is creating and forming him/her in the womb, and for my Mom and Dad as their hearts continue to grow with love but also for patience as they have to deal with 2 pregnant daughters!!!

Thank you God for all the ways that you continue to bless us!

Our State Fair Trip

We went to the State Fair on Oct. 21st and had a great time. We were only there for a few hours, but that was long enough to eat some really great food and ride a few rides. Here are some pics from our trip.

Will wanted to play darts, so Alan paid for them to throw 3 times. Alan hit one balloon on the first throw, Will hit 2 on the second throw, and then Will almost hit the attendant on the 3rd. He won this cute little bulldog and was so proud!

He felt like such a big boy.

Pumpkin Farm in AL

We were able to go to AL the beginning of October for a great visit with family. While we were there we went to the pumpkin farm. The kids had a great time and so did we. Emma LOVED the animals, but Will would pat them on the head and move on. Here are a few pics.

1 Month Anniversary!!!

Most of you know that one of my very dearest friends got married to the love of his life a month ago yesterday. Kevin and Anya were married in Arkansas on September 20. Alan and the kids and I flew to Atlanta on the 18th, spent the night in Alabama, and then Alan and I drove to Arkansas on the 19th. The wedding was beautiful and we especially enjoyed spending time with old friends that we had not seen in years!!! We drove back to Alabama on the 20th to pick up the kids and flew back to Raleigh the morning of the 21st in time for church. It was a very busy but very good weekend.

Kevin and Anya are now living in Warner Robbins, GA where he is the student pastor at Friendship Baptist Church.

We love you both, and we are so excited about your new life together!

Our Newest Blessing

Some of you have heard, but for those of you who have not...we are expecting again! YEA! For any of you who have had this conversation with us, you know, that Alan and I would love to have 4 little munchkins who are around 2 years apart. So far, so good! :) Will and Emma are 26 months apart, and Emma and this baby will be 21 months apart.

We will be 12 weeks this Wednesday, and that is when our next Dr. appt. is. So far the baby is doing great, and we are so thankful. Our due date is May 7, but Alan doesn't seem to think we will make it that far. Will was 1 day early and Emma was 4 days early, so we will just see about this one.

Here are our ultrasound pics. They are from our first appt. at 8 weeks. We are having another ultrasound this Wednesday, so maybe we will have more updated ones to post then.

Oh, and Will has already named this baby... If it is a girl, her name is Darby, and if it is a boy, his name will be Tigger. But, if Tigger does not have a tail then we will have to name him Pooh. He was watching the tv show "My Friends Tigger and Pooh" at the time, and the little girl on the show is named Darby. He is too funny!

Will's 1st Skating Trip!

We took some of our kids from church skating on Sept.14. This was Will's 1st time on skates, but we had a great time. Here are pics from our trip. He loved it and did a great job!!!
