Happy Birthday my dear Alex! You are 5 years old today. We are keeping it a secret from you. We aren't celebrating until Saturday so we think it’s better not to say anything at all. It's been hard, even though your mom has been very permissive to you today letting you do things that you wouldn't normally be allowed to do, she still feels a little guilty. You are so loved!
