I am a bargain shopper! I love a good deal, so here are some of my favorite ones for the week.

3. A hat for my little one! I love the old school style of this little hat. It is only $5 at Children's Place.



4. These earrings are really cute and only $2.80 at Forever21. Check out the other colors too!


5. This cute little apron from World Market would make a great gift and it is only $10.49!



6. If you are anything like me, you wear cardigan's year round! This one is at Nordstroms for only $11.90.



7. Fun new glass wear for the summer at Target a set of 8 is $9.98!


9. I bought these shoes and they should arrive this week hopefully! I tried some Dankso's on and loved them. Then I figured out they have an outlet web site. These are regularly around $120 and I got them for $88 including shipping. They are supposed to have a life span of 15 years, so it will be well worth the money!


10. This elegant buffet lamp from Walmart for $16.88, would look great in any home!

Yesterday Madi got sent home from school because she got sick.
As soon as we got in the car she started playing and talking and pointing at everything as usual.
We got home and she just wanted to play and never got sick again.
I guess she just wanted to go home and skip school. I didn't think she would learn this until later in life.



I found a book of hers in the toilet and her shoe in the diaper pale (she has recently learned how the diaper pale works and I think we will find all kind of things in it soon).
She is a smart and fast little girl!
I hope I continue to think these little things are funny are cute. It might be different when it is my book in the toilet and my shoe in the stinky diapers.

We laughed and moved on with the day.

I love my office at work! I painted it a fun color because I could. We have freedom here to paint and decorate however we want to. My house is full of neutrals, so I wanted to try a little color in my life.

Guess I should actually do some work now!

We went to Ben's parent's for Thanksgiving lunch and mine for dinner.
We stayed home Friday and watched the game.
Went shopping Saturday.
Madi got pink eye and a bad cold.
We stayed home Sunday.
Madi got her second flu shot today. Her eye is MUCH better, but she is still full of snot.
She is relaxing at Nana and Poppa's today.
And now we are back at work...exhausted!

I'm kind of in the Christmas spirit today.
I started my Christmas music list on Grooveshark and I am very excited about it.
Don't tell my husband, he would make fun of me.
Usually Jamie starts the music at work in August, but she is home taking care Asher, so I guess I need to fill in.

Not sure how the Christmas spirit hit me today.
I am tired.
Ben is sick and I slept on the couch with Madi most of the night.
She chose to watch TV Land last night instead of sleep.
Her teachers might not appreciate that today.
Oh well, just glad Ben is feeling a little better today.

Madi got sent home from school Wednesday with a fever. I thought it was just teething at first, but we weren't so lucky. Her first two teeth were never really a huge problem, but whatever she is working on right now is awful! She is teething like crazy! We eat popsicle's a lot and seem to go through Tylenol more than ever.
Her temperature kept going up and we could tell she felt awful. She has never really been sick other than just little colds. We went to the doctor on Friday and she had a viral infection. I felt so sorry for her because we couldn't do anything to help her besides giver he Tylenol. She is usually a very easy going baby and will play by herself a lot, but these last 4 days she didn't leave our arms. We have been up for nights and were exhausted. Yesterday we took her to my moms so me and Ben could get out and just be together for a little while. It was really nice!
I couldn't have gotten through this without Ben! He was such a great help and took good care of us. He is a great Daddy!
Madi is back to her normal self and slept through the night last night in her crib again!

Madi's Birthday Party turned out to be a success! I had never really planned a birthday party before, but I think we pulled off. I couldn't have done it without Ben and the two grandmothers helping me out! We rented our neighborhood club house, so I didn't even have to clean! It was so nice to get together with all our friends and family to celebrate our little girl. I still can't believe she is one. There are a lot of pictures on this post, just a warning!
