Ok well I always said that I was not going to be good at this blogger thing! I will try to catch up.....Our lives have been crazy! We didn't even last in Kentucky a year before my father-in-law had a stroke and the Lord provided a way back to Oklahoma for us to come back and care for him. It is amazing the miracles which can occur when you turn your lives over to Heavenly Father. Within two weeks of the realization that Larry would need a lot of help and therapy if he ever came home, James had a job (which he was not looking for) fall into his lap back in OK and they paid for us to move in May 2010...so here we are! We found a large house that would accomodate our family of 6 and Larry and Frances. Larry came home from the hospital about a month later, and he is doing better. His memory is really bad, he sometimes does not remember what happened this morning, let alone where he lives or things from his past. But physically he has gone from not being able to move anything below his neck to walking with a walker all over the place! It is a miracle. And despite the hardships of them moving in with us and helping to care for him, it has been a blessing and an honor to be there for him as he has always been there for us!
I am so grateful to my heavenly father for making it possible to be there for our loved ones who needed us. It was a real testimony builder for James and I.
By the way we loved Kentucky! We met some amazing people, just the nicest place we have ever lived.
