Adventures of Mr. & Mrs. Fowler

Oh boy had a kid loose his mind after getting hit in the face with a ball today playing capture the ring. Awesome game set mats up as bases/shields for the kids to hide behind, they have to get the other teams ring, like capture the flag. And back to their cone without getting hit with a gator ball. Kids love it, except for the guy who got hit in the face and freaked out and ran out of the gym…huge overreaction. Got it squared away though. Game really is tons of fun and interesting to watch different students/teams strategy, even changes as the class goes on. I may have jumped in for a few rounds!!!

Had a 2nd grader totally make me feel like an a@@ today. I had noticed that she wasn’t really participating, so I asked her why not and she said she was bored…which I dint buy kids love the game we were playing. So I asked to her participate and she did kinda, again later i noticed her just walking/wondering around the game. So I had her come over and asked her what was wrong and she said she wants her mommy, so I told her school was almost over and to keep playing, and then she told me “No” as she began to cry, “she is in jail.” Would have to say I was not expecting that one, not a good moment. Hopefully jess had nothing to do with it.

My sweater is quite a hit at my school! I should be winning something for sure! Sad thing is I actually had a teacher ask me if it was mine, technically I guess it is. The secretary, principal and vice principal loved it and I told my principal I am kinda embarrassed wearing it, and she told me I should be. So once again I am the new guy from the gym causing a ruckus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our First Christmas tree:

The tree looked awesome and it was still standing!!! Let me tell you we have already begun to create our very own Christmas memories with each other. We will always remember our first Christmas tree incident as Mr. and Mrs. Fowler. Lets just say that we got the tree all lit up and decorated. It was perfect. When what should happen our friend Carlos stops by for dinner. As we all are having a great dinner together we just happen to look up to see........the tree falling over!!!!!! The whole tree fell over and we had to start all over. Eventually water was everywhere, ornaments had fallen and pine needles were everywhere. But we figured it out and cut some extra branches and the tree finally stayed after about an hour. It looked beautiful. That was one of our first Christmas memories, but im sure there is more yet to come.

I FOUND Jess!!!!

You are a 4th grader and your name is Makenzie, should have seen it on sports day when she was decked out in baseball gear. She had her hair in two pony tails today, she is small little brunette and good at everything. It was seriously like watching a mini Jo Smo today.Was really fun...and kinda weird.

I also found a Carlos and a Brooke!!!
