So I have been baking a TON lately and I just haven't found the time to blog about any of it. I have done a few things from Pinterest, but I always forget to take a picture of the final product when I'm done. It usually gets eaten before I can even find the camera. :) For my birthday I helped make my cake, Minion Cupcakes!! I loved them!! Here are some pictures from the process of making them:

Katrina is 15!
My oldest daughter, Katrina, is finally 15! She is very excited to drive, and has been very eager to learn how. Although, she needs to work a little bit on her gas and braking skills. :) For Katrina's birthday, she really wanted Minion cupcakes from Despicable Me. We got the idea from Pinterest, use Twinkies for the head, then use your imagination! Katrina and her brothers helped decorate them with some pretty fun faces. I think we all had more fun decorating them then eating them. When we lighted the candles, we accidentally lit the Twinkies on fire. Whoops!!
Here are some pictures from her birthday:

Lemon Cupcakes
This was actually a cupcake that I created all on my own, without my mom's help! :)

Yummy Sticky Bun Bites
On Easter Sunday I had the opportunity to go to my Grandma and Grandpa's for dinner. I was really excited for the good food and to see all of my family. What I didn't know was that my Grandma's cousins were coming up as well. I didn't remember them, but I was excited to put faces with names. A few hours later, my Grandma's cousins pulled up in the drive-way. The second I met them, I was really glad that I had. As I got to know them a bit better one of my Grandma's cousins, Tom Crossman, mentioned that he and his wife look at our blog. He said that we needed to post more often because there were still people looking at it. Well, I decided that today was the day to do it.
I know today is Fast Sunday, but I just had to make a treat for later. I wanted something warm and gooey, but something that didn't require much work. :) I fell across a Sticky Bun Bite recipe (Here is the link if you want to try it out.) and I was very anxious to try it out. My mom was taking a nap, and I didn't really know how to make bread without messing it up. I decided that I would conquer my fear. It took a lot of patience waiting for the dough to rise, but eventually I made a good batch of Sticky Bun Bites.
Here are some pictures of how they turned out:

Chocolate Cake
Today for a Sunday afternoon activity I made Chocolate Cakes/Cupcakes for my friends birthday. I used a Betty Crocker cake mix and topped them with a fluffy, creamy frosting. Here are some pictures of the cake:

Girls Camp
I had one of the best times in my life at girls camp this year. We did so many crafts, including hats that looked like the royal wedding hats. We received a charm to put on our necklaces every day that I was there. They were so cute!! We ate really good food and I got to help make it!
This is a good variety of what the hats looked like
My good friend Addy had tons of fun making her poofy hat
I had a really good time making these hats and wearing them to all of the stake activities and meals
Since it was raining a ton there, I went outside with all my friends and all of the YCL's. I went only to take pictures, because I didn't want to get really muddy.
On Thursday all of the 2nd years went on a beautiful hike. It was about 3 miles long. It was fun to talk to friends and listen to all of the birds singing.
As part of girls camp we did a service project. The service project was making "I Spy" bottles for Primary Children's Hospital.
Jenny Phillips came for a fireside and sang some songs and shared some personal stories with the our stake. Afterwards we were able to get pictures with her.
