Mother's Day... Such a special day to me. It is simply amazing how much the Lord has taught me about Him through my children. He uses them to humble me and to see how much I am in need of Him. Such GREAT need. I am so so thankful for that. What better gift is there but to know you need Him more and more! Mother's Day also reminds me of my time that I struggled with the thoughts of never getting to be a Momma. Those days were hard and I am so blessed the Lord graced me with my children. When thinking about my infertility, it reminds me to thank the Lord for His goodness and mercy, and also makes me pray so so very hard for the women I know still longing to have children. I urge you to pray for those women when you think of them. Pray the Lord would bless the fruit of their womb...
This year we got to spend a beautiful Mother's Day at my mother-in-laws sisters' house. We had the best time enjoying our children under the shade of a beautiful oak tree in her yard. Here are some pics from our day!
