Wes got to experience his first snow last Saturday. It was cold and rainy down the mountain, so we thought we might have a chance at snow in Lake Arrowhead. Our favorite rental cabins, Pine Rose, had a cancellation.
Spontaneously, the four of us hopped in the car with Lexi, our dog, and headed up the mountain. It was 30 degrees when we got there. After a stop at the grocery store for some hot chocolate and soup, we walked out into a dreamy snow fall. A perfect fix for sunny Californians!
