My sweet little Adeline turned 5 today!!!
She ran in our room and said "Am i 5 today, do I look taller?" She was grinning from ear to ear and this does not happens in the mornings. She is not a morning person! Breakfast and a new necklace!

Birthday Chapel at school on Friday. They get to help lead chapel and they sing to her. It was also t-shirt day, so she was
thrilled to wear her NY shirt and jeans!!

I truly cannot believe that my Adeline turned five today!!! She has been counting down the months and days until she turned 5. I have never seen someone so excited to finally be 5!! She thinks she is so big girl now and told me she was not a kid anymore. :) Even though she thinks she is all grown up I remind her she is still my little girl!! She is my little best friend and literally wants to do or wear pretty much everything i do. She is so helpful and has such a motherly instinct. She is always looking out for Little Max and helps him so much. She has such a sweet, kind spirit. She is remembers everything and is pretty smart. She keeps me on track for things and could be in charge around our house if I'm not here! Her teachers love her and give me such wonderful compliments that makes my heart smile! She is so innocent and has such a pure heart. She talks all the time about heaven and Jesus and has some really smart questions. She also asked me if daddy would wear an angel costume in heaven too and how would we sit down with wings on. She LOVES to sing. She sings all the time. Its hilarious to hear her singing in her room. She has become very opinionated about her clothes. I always heard this time would come and its here and it no fun in the mornings. This is really my last summer of so much smocked stuff and then she will wear uniforms in the fall, which I'm looking forward too! Besides the morning episodes of getting dressed, she is pretty much a breeze and always has been. Thank goodness, because her brother is a handful! We are so thankful for her and so blesses and I cannot imagine a day with out her. I`m really not looking forward to her growing up so fast on me. I wish they would stay little forever!
