So it's that time again....the time when Lindsey decides to bite the bullet and update her blog. One of the reasons I don't update my blog very often is so that those of you that check it frequently are pleasantly surprised when you open it up and see something new , once every 6 months :)....Everything I do, I do it for you. So here it goes in no particular order...

By the way I totally overuse the whole"..." thing so forgive me....but...I...like...it:)

Christmas Pics. Champ destroyed his present within 10 minutes of getting it:) Hopefully our kids won't be that destructive!

I thought I better put a recent picture of us on here too...just for fun.
Now you see it...now you don't. Champ had a great time tearing apart the box that my mother-in-law's snow blower came in.....The same snow blower that she used twice and then it got stolen out of her garage. Luckily the first pawn shop we called had it!

IT'S BREAD!!! GET YOUR MIND OUT OF THE GUTTER!
Tim's mom has a neighbor that bakes dough in those really big 62oz aluminum cans every year and gives them out for Christmas.

Tim and his brothers being the wholesome boys that they are gave this interesting bread a nick name...they call it D*** Dough :) Isn't that terrible...but kinda funny at the same time:) I thought so.

This is called a KONG CONE ...no seriously that is what it's called. There is ice cream filled all the way to the top of that cup...not kidding and they are only like $2 at the Macey's grocery store on 13thEast and like 84th..ish South. WARNING:The KONG CONE will absolutely give you a stomach ache no matter how often you eat them....guaranteed.

Awwww, family photo @ Thanksgiving....we couldn't forget Champ since he is treated as our child:)

Jess and Ryan were here for Thanksgiving and we rocked until our hearts content on rock band!

GO UTES!!! We had everyone over for the U of U vs. BYU game. If you are a BYU fan it's probably best that you can't read what is written on the plates:)

We were watching Benjamin and Leah (our niece and nephew) and Tim helped them make homemade pizza from scratch! He is turning out to be an awesome chef! He makes pretzels and the best mashed potatoes ever!

We went up to Island Park in May this year to the Belnap's cabin and went fishing. They have a rule that you fillet your own catch....it was the sickest feeling ever. I had to hold the fish head in one hand and run the knife down the back of the fish...it was sick. Mindyn if you are reading this you would be sorely disappointed in me...but at least I did it!

Tyson , Tim and I went hiking up to the base of Mt. Olympus this summer. We got totally lost on the way back down the mountain and ended up in these back yards of the houses on the upper east bench. It was really fun....until we got lost. But after walking through a few backyards and trekking up , down and all around the some of the neighborhoods we finally found our car:)

Me and my mom in the airport. She flew Tim and I out to Denver for the baby blessing of my adorable niece Jo Jo. Nasty\really sad thing happened on our way back through the Salt Lake airport when we got back home. We were walking through the terminal and some lady comes running past us at full speed dragging her 4 kids behind her...I was at first thinking "oh she must be late for her flight"....then she was about 10 feet away from the restrooms when she barfed all over the place...it was so sad and because she had all her kids with her and nasty because I almost threw up from the smell...yuck!

Me and Tim at the baby blessing holding the guest of honor. Her dress was amazing. Ryan's (my sister's husband) mom made it, she is a very talented seamstress....I'm so jealous.

Tim and I were Daphne and Shaggy from Scooby Doo for Halloween. His brother and sis-in law were Velma and Fred. They had a killer party at their house. We stayed up until like 5am playing Rock Band it was a BLAST!

More Pics from the halloween party...we have James Brown and John McCain, a lemonade stand and a kissing booth, and Jen's sisters Julie was Sarah Palin (John McCain's wife) and Maryann was the shower from Karate Kid...Awesome!!!

My new niece Jo Jo was born on Sept. 16th - she is a doll! I just love her! Marcie and Josh also had a baby girl named Layla Dee (with the purple bow on the right)...she so darn cute. Earlier this year Tara and Steve had Taryn who I just love not only because she is cute and my niece but because she chose the blanket I made her to be her favorite:) April and Vicente also had twins Katherine and Bryce who are both spitting images of their parents...I love them all they are all so cute!

Lehi house, me @ the tulip festival in Seattle, Tim and I @ the shooting range with my dad and holly, Our little cowboy, and Tim's big catch in Island Park!

FINALLY

I am finally taking the time to update our blog! I decided tonight was the night that I was going to sit down and at least write an update even if it doesn't have any pictures or anything, although I might add pics, I still haven't decided. The last 6 months have been busy but fun. I started working at a health insurance agency that is the best job ever (as lame as that sounds). We went to Seattle and Portland on vacation in April, Tim quit his job in June and I'm embarrassed to report that he is a much better housekeeper than I could ever be! I come home from work and the house is spotless everyday. Tim is a ward missionary and I am the activity days leader, and on the enrichment committee. We have really great ward, I just love it! We finally closed on the house in Lehi which is good and bad...good because we can put it on the market and bad because we have to start paying for it:( I have been secretly applying for jobs for Tim in Denver. Unfortunately even if he did get offered a job there I am pretty sure he doesn't EVER want to leave Utah. I'm ok with that though, I have good friends here that I would have a hard time parting with. A couple nights ago Tyson (Tim's brother) took Tim and I on this hike up to the base of Mt. Olympus and got us lost....it was an adventure to say the least. I didn't see any snakes WOOHOO....my biggest fear EVER for those of you who aren't aware. We thought we heard a Mt. Lion creeping through the bushes up in one of the ravines as well, but wouldn't ya know it, it was just a squirrel with a really big head:) Whew, that was a close one! Not ONE of us had a compass....HELLO I thought you were boy scout's ?!?! But we survived and that's all that matters I guess. So that about sums up that last 6 months, I will try to be better about updates but I'm not making any promises:)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! This has been quite a year for us. We are at our year and a half mark of marriage and it hasn't been easy but we have grown so much from it. From Rachael's accident to my crazy job experiences this year and a half has thrown a lot at us, but we learned so much and got through it. The Lord has blessed us so much with great family, friends, a great ward and much more. We are so grateful for the opportunities that we have been given. It is so true that when He closes a door He opens a window.
This Christmas we had the opportunity to go to my Dad and Holly's house in Montrose, CO. for Holly's B-day and Christmas and had a great time! We also had a great time with my mom up in Island Park snowmobiling and eating a ton! Then we had some friends over for a new years party and stayed up until 6am playing Rock Band (our favorite XBOX360 game!) It was insane, I don't know if I will stay up all night ever again! We are looking forward to what this new year will bring us and hope that you all will be there every step of the way! We love you all! Tim and Linz

Rude!

Nana turned the jets on before the tub was full and squirted Connor in the face!

Cutest "Ol Wic Donal" I have ever heard!

Sorry it's sideways...you get the point.
