Wow! I'm a posting machine today! 3 in one day, that has to be some kind of record or something?
I couldn't resist adding these photo's of Tim's mom, KK, Tim and myself when we went to Wheeler Farm to go see all the animals and feed the Geese (best free entertainment around!). KK had a great time and we had a blast watching her with the animals. Minus the poop/mud I got all over my feet inside my sandals, it was a great time!

Valentine's Date
Tim and I got to go out on a date on Friday night. We went to Iggy's and watched the Jazz game, which was actually really fun. Typically wouldn't be my first choice for a Valentine's date, but we had a great time and probably had the best server that either of us have ever had. Her name was Plashette, I think that's how she spelled it, pronounced Pluh Shet...honestly she was awesome. I know it's lame to blog about our server, but that's how good she was. Our drinks were never empty and we always had some sort of food on the table...bread, our dinner came super fast and then the amazingly decadent FRIED CHEESECAKE pictured below!!! I know , I know...Cheesecake is bad enough for the arteries but I say...WHY NOT FRY IT? AND add a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream and drizzle it with chocolate and caramel topping! I don't even love ice cream OR cheesecake...but this was pretty darn good.
And of course the only picture I took while we were on our date was of the dessert....go figure.

What happens when you give a 6 year old your camera?
For Valentine's we went over to Brett and Jen's and had a turkey dinner the Sunday before Valentine's Day, it was really fun! We watched each of our wedding videos and hung out with the kids. We were taking some pictures and Benjamin became fascinated with our camera, so we just let him go crazy....and this is what we got :)
Then we took some others too that I thought were pretty cute, so they are below :) Tim and Benj thought it would be funny to reenact our wedding day by shoving one of the cupcakes into my face as I ate it, although I think Tim was a lot more courteous this time than on our wedding day. Later Tim got Benj with a cupcake by saying "Hey Benj, does this cupcake smell funny?" and shoved it in his face, then Benj ran with that idea and said to Leah "Hey Leah smell my water!" and then threw it in her face. What are uncles for really, if not to teach their nieces and nephews how to prank each other?

Happy 7th Birthday Macey!
It was my nieces birthday the last week in January and so Kayla and I flew out for the week and surprised her. We had a great time while we were there. We spent time with family and I got to see my great friend Rachael or as Macey calls her "Aunt Rachael". The weather was amazing! It was 65 degrees for at least 2 or 3 of the days that we were there!!! It was great! We took the kids to the park and Kayla got to swing for the first time and LOVED it! We had the chance to go to a Colorado Avalanche game, way fun! My sister made a way cute cupcake shaped cake for the kids for the birthday and the adults got to eat the most amazing chocolate cake that we got from Costco....mmmm I'm salivating just thinking about it.
Also Connor my nephew showed us his sweet dance moves in this video :)
