I wanted to get Aubrey's haircut. I think it turned out so cute. I love it, but not sure what is going on with her expression. Silly girl.

A Funny by Aubrey
Aubrey cracked me up tonight. Our conversation:
Aubs: Mom, I have to go pottie and poopie.
Me: K lets go
Aubs: (pushing and hard as she can with a scrunched face and all says) I don't think my poopie wants to come out. I think my poopie is saying (In a high picked voice) "I want to stay inside Aubrey's body forever. I like it here".
Me: But it (the poopie) is going to be so sad that he won't be able to go swimming. (down the toilet).
Aubrey: I love to go swimming, remember when we went swimming with Dexter.
What a funny little lady.

Halloween 2009
Halloween was so fun this year. Being that is was on a Saturday, we had Spooktacular day of fun. Our ward opted out of having the Trunk or Treat but had a Carnival instead from 10am to noon. Aubrey's cousin, Dexter, came with us. They had a blast. Aubrey was the cutest Princess Leia. I can't believe how big she is getting. She is such a little character. Hope all of you had a fun Halloween.
Oh no, Princess Leia is Dead!!!
Fighting Darth Vader (Michael Packer)
All of us after taking the Kids Trick or Treating.

Who is my most favorite?
A while back I was sitting in the office working. Aubrey came in and asked if I could hold her. I picked her up and we cuddled for a moment. This was our conversation:
Me: Aubs, Do you know who my most favorite person is? YOU
Aubrey: (With the most sincere voice) Do you know who my most favorite person it?
Me: Who?
Aubrey: Daddy.
Have to admit it broke my heart just a little. By the end of the day Daddy had talked with her and she came up to me and said, "Mom, You and Daddy are my most favorite". I guess I'll have to keep her.

Worn Out
I love finding old pictures and movies. I found this movie of Aubrey as a new born on our laptop. This was the first night we had her home. My mom and I had put her in her pajamas and they were too big for her, so we changed her into this little outfit. (My sister-in-law Emma gave it to me at my baby shower). She squirmed and fussed the whole time. Once I zipped up her pajamas and was done she just froze. It was so funny. I can't believe how big Aubs is now. Time sure does fly by.

Girls Only Week in NYC......it was WICKED.
All of my sisters, sister-in-laws, and my Mother went to NYC for a couple of days of fun. Fun doesn't really describe it, We had a BLAST. I took over 300 pictures. There were so many of us, each having a camera, that is was easier to just take pictures of someone else then exchange pictures when we got home. These are some of the pictures that my sister, Krista, took of me. I will definitely post more soon. Highlights of the trip were: Wicked, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, World Trade Center Site, Riding the Subways, Rockafeller Center/Top of the Rock, Today Show with Jason Mraz Concert, Carlos Bakery, Central Park, China Town/Canal Street, Manhattan Temple. The list goes on and on. One of the not so fun things that happened was the over $500 in cash that was stolen from my wallet. It fell out of my purse while at Wicked. During the show I reached down to get a treat out to snack on and my wallet must have fallen out. I didn't have much leg room so I put my feet under the seat in front of me. I felt something that I thought the purse of the person in front of me so I took my foot and kind of pushed it aside so I would have more room. (Yep, It was MY Wallet but didn't realize it at the time). About 10 minutes after we left the Theatre I realized it wasn't in my bag. I ran back and they let me back in to check under the seats. It wasn't there. They told me that I would have to come back at 10:00 the next morning to have someone let me into Lost And Found. I hurried and called my bank and had my Card cancelled and Checking frozen. Well, I went back the next morning and got my wallet back but some $#%&*$ person took all my cash and my Subway Card/Metro Card (Pass to use the Subway, Subway meaning under ground train, not my subway card meaning Subway Sandwiches.) It really put a damper on things. Lots and Lots and Lots of tears were shed, but I have the absolute BEST family in the World, they took care of me the rest of our trip. Thank you so much Mom, Laurel, Krista, Emily, Emma and Chelsea. You are truly amazing women.
Thank you Conan and Laurel for a wonderful vacation. Can't wait till the next one :)
At the SLC Airport, Getting ready to board the Plane. All of us Minus Chelsea. (She flew out of Arkansas.)
Buying tickets to get on the New Jersey Transit.
The morning of the Today Show, Jason Mraz was there singing.
He was THE MAN. This deli, Sale and Pepe, was So Yummy. While we were eating this cook just came over with a big "To Go Box" full of Pan-ini's. MMMM MMM GOOD.

Posing with Matt and Meredith. Wasn't that nice of them to take a picture with me.
This is Reuben from the Hello Deli next to The Tonight Show with David Letterman.
Mauro and I. He is on TLC's "The Cake Boss". The bakery is called Carlos Bakery. It is in Hoboken New Jersey. It was so fun to eat some pastries. Most of the sisters from the show were there working. FUN FUN FUN.
Talking to Jonathan on the phone while walking through Times Square. The Hotel we stayed at was called The Hampton Inn At Times Square.
Times Square at around 11:00 at night. It was PACKED with people. Kind of reminded me of Vegas at night.

4th Of July Fun
This year for the 4th we went up to Rexburg for their Rodeo on Friday night then got up REALLY EARLY to go see the Balloons in Driggs. We haven't seen the Hot Air Balloons for many years. I think it will be a new tradition. After the Balloons we went to the Rexburg Parade. It was SOOO HOT, but fun. We came back to Blackfoot afterwords and BBQ'ed with Jonathan's family. It was such yummy food. After a little outdoor Volleyball we finished off the night with some fireworks at Jensen's Grove. It was such a fun 4th. Many new traditions and memories made. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.

Potatoes Anyone?
Tonight we went to go help pick up Potatoes with My in-laws. Apparently a truck full of Potatoes tipped over out in the middle of the Farms and Lava Fields. I have never seen such a sight. It was so neat. A lot of the potatoes were broken and cracked so were not worth picking up. It was a fun evening and one not to forget.

Baptize Thing
This video is from about a month ago. Jonathan was away at a tournament so Aubrey and I went to dinner then swimming. I had given her a new Swim Suit Cover-up. After I put is on her she said, "This is a baptize thing like Rebecca's". My Niece Rebecca got baptized earlier on this year. It made me proud that she paid attention at her Baptism, well at least to what she was wearing :)

Out of the Mouth of Aubrey
I was at a meeting Tuesday night so Jonathan and Aubrey went to go visit Grandma and Grandpa Packer. As I got home they pulled in the drive way and Jonathan was motioning me to go and get Aubrey out. He then explained to me that she was heart broken. Aubrey found a baby robin egg while at grandmas and wanted to take it home with her. He let her hold it while they were driving home and told her to hold it very carefully. Half way home she started to cry histarically. She crushed the egg with her fingers too tightly and the yolk got all over her shirt and hands. She was so sad. The shell was in pieces. She kept telling Jonathan to fix it. He said he couldn't and of course she kept telling him he could glue it back together or maybe tape it back together. After she got in the house I was able to talk her into saying goodbye to it and throwing it away in the Garbage. After getting ready for bed, Jonathan asked her to say the Family Prayer. He reminded her that we were going to bed and to say our Good Night Prayer's. This was her Prayer:
Dear.... Please help us to have a good night sleep. Thankful for my Mommy. Thankful for my Daddy. Thankful for me. Thankful for the tiny little egg. Sorry I broke it. Glad the egg is happy now. In the........Amen
Tear's came down my face. She said her prayer with so much feeling. It makes me so happy to hear her pray everyday about all the things she is thankful for and for the things that happen throughout the day. I am so grateful for Jonathan and Aubrey. They bring so much joy into my life. They are truly the best I could ask for.

Coolest Trick Ever
Aubrey is always showing me her "Coolest Trick Ever". She will come to me and say, "Mom, have you ever seen my Coolest Trick Ever", then showed me her new trick.
After helping a customer she said "Mom, Look at my Coolest Trick Ever". I think it was a pretty cool trick. I don't think I could sit on that stool and prop my legs up, gripping the rods with my toes and hands. It was one of her Coolest Tricks Ever.

Our Conversation
Aubrey got an Easter story for Easter. It is about the Best Part Of Easter. She asks me to read it to her at least 3 times a day. This was part of our conversation yesterday while reading it to her.
Me: You see, we have Easter because of Jesus. Easter is about something wonderful that was part of God's AMAZING plan.
Aubrey: I Love Jesus
Me: First a very sad thing happened. Jesus died on the cross. But guess what. Jesus did not stay dead. No he did not. On the very first Easter morning Jesus was Resurrected. The tomb was Empty.
Aubrey: I was in Heaven with Jesus.
Me: You were, before you were born.
Aubrey: Yeah. Jesus Loved me then I was born. But I will see him again when I die.
Me: Yes you will. Aubs I Love you too just like Jesus Loves you.
Aubrey: Me too mom (Then she gave me a big Hug and Kiss.
