Kids on Christmas Eve getting ready to open up their pajamas.

The girls went to see the movie Frozen one of the weekends in December while the boys were gone out a scout campout.
This is what a girl's shopping trip looks like with all 3 of them.

Susan G Komen 3 day Walk November 2013

1st Cheering station day 1 with Preston, Natalie and Amanda
2nd Cheering station with Preston and the kids.
Mom also came out to the cheering stations. It was always great to see her.
I have amazing support from my family.
David and Darlene and their kids were at 1 on the cheering stations. I loved it.
Day 2 was exceptional warm. Preston walked with me for a while and held this big umbrella to shade me. So Romantic :-)
One of the nights Preston joined me at camp. It was such a treat to spend time with him. 3 days and 2 nights without him is rough.

Final Cheering station on day 3 with Mom Preston and kids.

Trying to get the blood to drain out of my feet and legs.
 Right before closing ceremonies
Limping is still walking :-)

I really do enjoy participating in the 3 day 60 mile walks. Unfortunately 2013 was the last year for Phoenix to host it so I have been unable to participate again and I miss it.

Forever In Our Hearts

October 20.2013 is a day that turned my life upside down. My sweet angelic sister Sherri Lynn Bond became an angel as a result of a pulmonary embolism.  The details of that evening are too personal for our family blog, but I feel it is important to include this major event. Here are a few of the pictures documenting that time in our lives.

Some October Happenings

Spirit week at school. Nerd Day
 Crazy Hair Day
Natalie started playing soccer. Here she is on the team blanket.
She really is a cute soccer girl.  :-)  She really enjoyed playing and tried her best. We would make a kick count goal before the game and she would always try really hard to reach that goal.

Grandma teaching the kids a song on the piano.
Grandpa was in and out of the hospital starting in September.  One of the times Steven came down from Utah with his 3 oldest boys to visit. This picture was taken on Friday October 11th. On the left is Grandma holding Amanda, Nathan, Thomas, Warner.Pictured to the right of Grandpa is Henry, Taylor and Natalie.
Amanda usually climbs up next to Grandpa to read books. She even did this in the hospital.
Natalie and Warner checking out the surrounding area.
Taylor, Henry, Nathan, Thomas. Fun to see all these cousins being buddies.
Steven and I got quite a few looks and comments walking around with 7 kids in tow at the hospital. We should have worn a sign saying we left 2 at home to really get the comments. We just kept saying they are cousins and that Steven and I were siblings.
On Saturday October 12th we had another Bond family swim party since Steven and the boys were in town.

On Monday October 14th all but one of the Round Vally High School buddies came to our home for swimming and a barbeque with their families. Between the 5 buddies there are 23 kids under the age of 17. All but one was there that night and we were missing Cody's wife who was home sick.

I went on a field trip with Taylor the first week of October to Tumbleweed Ranch.

Halloween 2013      Natalie-Doc McStuffins, Taylor-Witch,
