Now there is really no excuse.

Well maybe. But now I found out I can blog and post pics from my phone. super exciting!! Here are some random happenings.

Berk always asks what shoes to wear. We were in a hurry and I told her I didn't care. This is what she wore.
The kids have asked to eat outside every night since our patio has been all finished. More pics of that later.
E
Chris took the girls to a rangers game last night. It got rained out - super disappointed little girls. At least they can go again soon!
I have lost all control of him. He will pay for that one later. Like in a wedding slides how. I'm just going to start my blackmail folder now.

Grandpa came to visit from MI here he is with all his demon great grand kids.

P thinks he is hot stuff at E's school
Berk brought her doll out on the first swim of the season

Berk and her buddies at the American girl store.
Elliott on her field trip. She got pretty angry at me for not letting we wear shirts. A cold front blew in and we got down in the 40's. I had to post this as a reminder that sometimes I know what I'm talking about ;)
Here's the "berky too high. Jump I catch you." Pic

And here they are by the wall he fell off of :(
I just looked at this post on the computer.  Apparently there still is an excuse not to blog from my phone. The pics look TERRIBLE!

Bubbles, Yardwork and SWIMMING!!

I love the month of spring we have before it gets blazing lava hot in TX- where the kids can play outside and we don't mind because we aren't melting the whole time.  We've been staying super busy- doing what I'm not sure.  The kids are busy with school, gymnastics, softball and playing with friends.

A few funny Patton stories- I posted a pic on FB- if I weren't lazy I'd get my phone and post it here. I took Berk and Patton to the Park- first of all- Patton went down the fire pole all by himself.  Crazy! Then Berk climbed up something really high and he got worried about her being "too high" and he put his arms out and told her to "jump, I catch you". Next he climbed up and I said- uh oh- now what? He said "I need a mousketool" Which is what you do when you need help on Mickey Mouse.  Then he lowered himself off a retaining wall that was probably 5 or 6 feet tall with me screaming behind him trying to catch up to him and scared me half to death.  I'm not used to the fearlessness of boys! Today he told Chris to "watch my super power".  He and Berkley have also been taking swimming lessons.  He is doing an amazing job.  He stopped crying on the 3rd day- and he's starting to really enjoy it.

Here's Berk working on her Hula skills

I love this picture of Elliott working on her spying skills
P working on his lawn mowing skills
 Patton LOVES bubbles.

 So cute!
I found him sitting on the kitchen with play doh (we run a tight ship around here).  He had made all these "worms" all by himself and was so proud.

Chris was putting mulch down in the front yard and of course he had lots of help.
You can see by the look on his face how much he appreciated it

I got a new lens filter that creates a starburst with light.  I was trying to get starbursts on the bubbles- which is apparently super hard.  This one and the next one both have a little one.

I love Pattons face in this one
 Haha! he's so stinking cute!

The pool is done! I think it was about 66 degrees here when they took their maiden swim.

The patio will be done soon- then I can post pics of everything!
Such an exciting day for the kids though- I can still remember back a long long time ago the excitement that goes with getting your very own pool!
We call him Patton Potter.  I told Chris we need to get him some boy dress up stuff because he is dressing up on his own without the influence of Berkley.
