Malone loves her grandparents, and she loves to visit Gigi at work. This was the second time we visited, but this time Gigi put her to work. Malone put up books, worked on some research, and checked in books that she was finished reading.

And Malone is also terrified of...
HIBACHI is scary too. We took Malone for her first Hibachi Japanese experience, and it was quite terrifying to her too. The reaction was similar to her reaction to the Pterodactyl!

All it took was a scary Pterodactyl and now she is moving!
Malone was almost ready to crawl last week. She was trying so hard! We were on the floor practicing scooting around, and I was pulling out toys that she had not seen in long time. I placed this Pterodactyl on the floor and pressed it's tongue because that makes it squawk and move its wings. Bad idea...Malone screamed bloody murder. I will admit that it is a little scary, but this never phased her before. Since this incident, we have tried a few more times to introduce it again. She is definitely scared of this toy. Well, it has been put away and will not make another appearance for a very long time. Now Malone is scooting all around the room. I hope it was not the motivation to escape the toy!

ELMO RULES!
Elmo is the coolest...every time Malone sees Elmo she screams and get VERY excited. It was hilarious when my sister passed down the Elmo costume last weekend. I even put it on a couple of times too!
Growing...Growing...GROWING!
Finally...we have TEETH! Over the last 2 weeks she has cut 2 teeth on the bottom. She is such a tough girl. We wouldn't have even known that she was cutting teeth if we hadn't felt for them. She just goes along like nothing is bothering her!
Yes, she still sucks on her top lip all of the time! In almost every picture we take, she is making this face. We have learned to love it.
She has a BIG personality and a BIG voice! Talking non stop and playing with her Mama and Papa are her favorite things to do.Crawling?
Crawling.....not a chance! I am not too sure if this little girl is going to crawl. I am thinking she may skip it all together. Malone rolls and reaches for anything she wants, and she seems pretty satisfied with this mobility. She is trying to pull up and wants to stand all of the time. We may have a roller to walker!
Malone is 7 Months Old!
Malone said her first word last week..."BYE"! She isn't sure why she is saying it or when to say it, but she accompanies it by opening and closing her hand in a wave. We think we may have heard "HI" a couple of times too, but we just can't be sure.
Malone is 7 months now, and she is doing so much! Her favorite game is Peek A Boo, and she loves to play with Paw Paw!
