RAISING THE RASMUSSENS

Had so much fun...LaSt FriDay NighhttT at the Rascal Flatts Concert. I went with my friend Megan a.k.a Meggy a.k.a Steve.
Traffic was hell Ahem. (construction) What road isn't under construction..Let me know so I can drive down that road, in peace, without any bumper to bumper traffic, weaving thru orange cones, almost killin my cars shoes in pot holes..and maybe I could learn to love driving again..maybe!

So the concert was so much fun!
We won K-bull t shirts from playing the big slot machine! We always win shirts when were together..I don't know why but it happens! Lol! (last time was at the eclipse premier.)

He sang "he don't even know how to skin a burrr" hahaha "burrr".
Translation in to english: Bear!

Sara Evans..loooove her!
She sang alot of her #1 songs which are alot of my favorites and songs like "Stronger" love it!
And holy crap did u know? Cause I didn't know...she has 7 kids!!! And she also had 7 kids in her family!!!
And she looked fabulous! And her voice was Fab! Total Fabulosity!

Than last but not least!
Rascal Flatts!! They did NOT disappoint! I didn't know how they would sing live, well they were so good! And I knew it was gonna be a good concert, No! It was Amazing! I loved every minute, every song!
We danced and sang along to every song except one I didn't know.

To the great music,the dancing, singing along, awesome show, getting ready together at my house, doing meggys hair,girl talk,
and to thee obnoxious drunk people behind us that met each other at the concert for the first time and started mackin on each other, free shirts, lady with the crazy hair in front of us, the crazy traffic,yummy chik-fil-a! It was a great night!

And yes...make fun, but I do like country. So there!!!! ;)

We usually are at the Lodge every Labor day and doing the Rendevous in Wyoming. But because dad (Kevin) just had surgery, we stayed home. Which was just fine with us, he is doing so good, walking around and feeling a lot better. We went to discovery park in Pleasant Grove and had lunch. Dev loves this park cause its huge and has lots of stuff to do, its an all wooden park which is cool! We had my favv (bad food) friiied chicken! We had a great day spending time with our family! So blessed and grateful dad is doing so well after surgery.

Khloé got her 4 mo. Old well child check this morning (she missed her 2 month) cause she was sick. So off to the Dr. we go! It was just Me, Baby K and the Nanny.
I forgot how much I hate these appointments the ones that invole shots. I just feel terrible! I worked in Family practice years ago and gave these same shots, and you feel bad, but you just do your job. But when its YOUR widdle baby..you just feel like the meanest parent on the planet!!! First they are happy, totally clueless what's going on or what's going to happen and than bam! Someone pokes them (aww..man those mean nurses!!!) Haha! And they cry and scream! :( It's so sad!! I picked her up and soothed her and she stopped crying. Her checkup went well..we love our Dr! Dr. Peterson! Everytime we come in, he comes out to get us from the waiting room and totes the carseat for us instead of him sending his M.A out to get us. We have had him be our primary caregiver well..forever! He's awesome!

If you love to blog..but you find yourself super busy but want to document life's special or most simplist moments but yet you can't find the time..or you wait too long and forget..my smart husband told me "why don't you just download the BLOGGER app?" I was like...Genius!! Sure enough there was one and it rocks..super easy to use and im able to blog in the car or wherever all on my phone and its faster than on my computer! Advice: Download the Blogger app on the Android Market. I love it! :)

First two nights sleeping in her crib (even with the sniffles and cold)...SUCCESS!!

I'm not gonna lie..I was nervous we'd have a hard time converting from bassinet that automatically glides and swing well that swings to plain ol' Mr. Crib that doesn't do any tricks..well It does rock when you push it (so not the same)..haha. We knew it was time for the Crib, Especially since she learned that if she stretched out her legs and pushed up she would wiggle out of her swing belt fastens..and roll out and on to the floor!!! So After the 2nd Incident...and she pushes up in her basinett until her head is smashed against the top of the bassinet and she cries..we agreed its time for the Crib!

Gave her some milk..laid her on her side and she was out! Good job Nayner girl!

Give the girl a teether, a toy, a stuffed a paci, you name it she'll try to eat it! And when all else fails..she eats her hands {at the same time!!} pics are self explaintory haha. She is the drool queen! She cannot b with out a bibby or she'll soak the entire front of her onesie.."oh my nanyer girl..".

She coos "Hiiiii!"
Smiles at everything..
Loves to eat fruits and veggies already! *fattie pattie*
Loves baths and showers from Day 1
Has baby patterned baldness " as her dad calls it"
Likes to sit up in her bumbo (sitting up period, if u lay her on her back she tries to do a baby sit up lol)
Loves her swing!
Loves her singing carseat toy
Likes it when her sissy makes her giggle
Death grips her toys and eats them
Loves grabbing a handful of mama's hair and NOT letting go
Holds her bottle (at 70%) cause she gets tired and falls asleep while drinking her milk
Since she was only a few weeks old she freakishly has been able to hold her head up non supported
Has the most chill, happy attitude, calm natured-ness that a baby could have. I am one blessed mama!

I don't like that she tries to sit up, rolls half way over and holds her bottle and coos Hi! I want her to stay a baby forever, your old 4 months old!!
