solonnngggg! too many things have happened over this period. internship has ended, and im back from taiwan! really had an enjoyable and memorable time intern-ing at MND. everyone over there is just TOO nice that you will feel pampered as an intern. after almost 3 years of waiting and bugging, my trip to taiwan is fulfilled. though it is a tag-along-tour, it was fun. really ate alot there and it is time to shake off some extra layers! we ran off on the 4th day to wufenpu but it was rather disappointing. i wanna go back to bangkok again! im responsible for uploading the photos again. will be up on fb instead. i still have the SGF photos which are yet to be up =/ Friday, July 02, 2010
internship
WCS is finally over! and my department was granted 2 days off by our director. happy! i didnt thought that my role would be so tiring until the actual 3-day event. running around (i mean literally run), overseeing all the plenary sessions and the RP kids. the plenary sessions are interesting and we get to sit in for free. public needs to pay over thousands of dollars to be able to sit in. interesting, but i always tend to doze off. the closing plenary and dinner was good. it felt as though a wedding dinner instead. and i had the chance to see olivia ong upclose(without makeup) during rehearsal! should have taken a picture with her because i was jus standing next to her on stage. it was really an exposure. though the intern pay is meagre, the people there are really nice. 2 more weeks to go! and will be flying to taiwan :) :) |
