28.  growing up it was cheerios, grape nuts, or raisin bran.  now that i am an adult, i can make healther choices, like cap'n crunchs crunch berries...  when my sweet little cousin emily lived with me she turned me on to these, & i just can't get turned off.  and, fortunately they have a lot less calories than a 1/2 gallon of thrifty's chocolate malted crunch icecream or a pint of haagen dazs rum raisin, or a whole package of premade chocolate chip cookie dough....yes, cap'n crunch is definitely the healthy choice.

a few weekends ago my parents came with me to utah for a turn & burn trip.  it was crazy, but we packed a whole lot of fun in just a little time.  we didn't even realize it was the film festival until we were fighting the crazed traffic/fans in park city.  oh well, we called in some favors (thanks summer you r amazing linguine!) & made the most of it!
