Gone Fishin'

My mom wanted to go fishing with the girls for her birthday-
so Big Foot took the girls out fishing this morning.
The lines had been out for about 5 minutes when
Allie told my mom she thought a fish was on...
My mom wasn't sure at first if there was actually a fish...
sure enough there was!
It happened to be the only keeper of the day!
Allie caught it on her hot pink Junior Ugly Stick.
Emma wasn't too sure about the fish!!!!
When we got home, I made a fish print of her actual fish.

It is one of very few projects that we have worked on together....
I think it turned out pretty good!
It was VERY difficult trying to get these two to take a picture!!!

Heather's Baby Shower
Lately, I have been very busy preparing for my cousin Heather's Baby Shower...

This was something some of my friends did for me (below)..
It is such a nice surprise for a mother- to- be.
Below are some of the decorations I created...
I have attended several baby showers lately,
so I have had many opportunities to come up with some ideas!
Diaper Wreath
Flower Bouquet with baby clothing:
2 bibs, onesie, washcloth, and a pair of socks.
We used some more practical decorations
by hanging clothing for Lucy on lines.
This is a lampshade I created for Baby Lucy's Room-

( I bought from a local craft store and then painted to match the nursery)
