Aunt Jess's Visit

It was so fun to have Jess out here. We had such a great time with her, we went to dinner at an authentic (but Americanized Jess told us) German restaurant, celebrated her birthday, went swimming, saw fireworks, went to the zoo, and hung out. Thanks for coming to visit Jess, we LOVE you!

We went to our ward's annual 4th of July Breakfast, it was fun. Brandon & Jess played some sand volleyball, Roxie and I watched from the swings...:) Afterwards Roxie was a little tired, she was almost asleep on Jess's shoulders, so funny!

We watched the local fireworks from a family in the ward's front lawn. It was nice to stay close to home.

Roxie didn't really know what to think about the fireworks at first but then she liked them and kept pointing at them.

We got to go to the zoo when Jess was here too, it was a really hot day so we had to get a snowcone. Roxie loved it, she didn't appreciate when I took it away to take this picture...:)

Quick trip to UT

In June I went to Utah to help my Mom and sister with wedding plans. It was great to see family, and we got quite a bit done. I'm just counting down the days until we get to go back out! I forgot to bring the camera to the BBQ with the Stevenson fam, RaNae said she would email me some that she took so I'll post those later, it was great to see everyone there too.

On Grandpa's lawn mower, it was really loud and she didn't like it much, she's half laughing half crying. And I still didn't fix her hair, oh well.

We're already looking forward to our next trip out for the wedding in August. I'm also trying to get all caught up on my blog. I've been in a blogging slump, plus we've had a pretty busy summer, so bare with me on this! Hope everyone is having a good summer!

Heidi's visit

This girl came to visit us, and it was so much fun to have her here! We got to hang out, go to DC, swim, shop, make delicious pizza, and watch our favorite movies! Love ya Hide!
