Two Hometowns
Josh insisted on wearing his Padres hat to the Dbacks game (they were playing the Braves)- cute representing our two hometowns. Josh insisted that they wouldn't let him in unless he had his hat on... which cracks us up because this kid will NOT wear a hat when we want him to.

Big Changes!
To say that there have been some big changes in our family in the last week would be an understatement! Kayla Lynn became the official "cutest baby sister ever" on Monday. Joshua has loved being a big brother. He has been really helpful, patient , and affectionate. The only thing he has a hard time with is understanding why baby sister can't play with toys, go down the slide, or eat real food. We keep finding the unexpected truck or block sitting with Kayla in her swing/carseat/bassinet. So cute that he wants to share the things he likes with her. I started another blog http://www.alovedlittleone.blogspot.com/ for Kayla. The blog was created with the purpose of the birth parents to be able to see it so it is mainly just about her and I will use this blog to show more what Josh and the rest of the family are up to (as well as Kayla too). One of these days when my brain is functioning better I will sit down and write a little something about what this journey has been like for us.
